Okay, so finally we're here in the present time! Just took these photos today on 11/28/23! As you can see I tried Scrogging, HST, as well as super cropping/fimming as well as lollipopping. I plan on flipping to flower by the end of THIS month/week.

My plants are looking sad, fairly new so no real clue in what it could be. They're growing slow and look yellow and some are developing dark spots in the middle of leaves

Your plants looks underfertilised and overwatered.
Give your them a good watering, enough to have a bigger runoff thar usual, in order to get rig of the old, maybe salty, water out of the root system and adding fresh air.
Don't forget to let you soil dry and the pots lighten between each watering because roots needs oxygen.
