Any epsom salt has N part, you would only increase issue.

Maybe soil was too rich, maybe you fed more than those small plants needed ...
Potash she needs in my opinion, plus you can start to introduce bio-bloom , top max to mix. Would not use Bio grow for 2-3 waterings.
