Anesia is terribly overpriced relative to quality, i agree in that sense of "scam," but germination problems could be self-inflicted and often are. Is there a date on the packaging or lot# etc..
Try to be calm when dealing with the customer service. maybe, you can get some replacements. Give them the lot #, if you have it, and ask how old the seeds were. That might help? i'm sure they have a policy they blindly follow. Say the right words and they might help or not. Does no harm to try.
Whatever you find for 20/seed you can find same quality for 10/seed or less. Don't give the gougers business and they might diminish in number.
