m0useanswered grow question a year ago Plants grown from seed are like brothers and sisters, the are not identical and some breeders help lock in a lot of the traits you may desire in the plant, but its not a twin or a clone of the parents, thus they take on some differences. Good breeders try and reduce this by locking in the genetics but its not always possible to do that. It takes a lot of time and energy, so they cut corners so they can release new strains every year.
A good breeding program would take 100's of plants and work its way into stabilizing the seeds over generations. Its just to much work, I'm sure the plants will still be tasty and a good smoke despite them looking different. If you like one more then the other, take some cuttings of it aka clones and then it will be the same next time around.
Good Luck!
