Germination
I used both glass of water and paper towel to germinate the seed. The first seed I tried to germinate in a coffee filter, however, it didn't make it. I went to check on it after 24 hours and it fell out of the filter onto the floor, and as a result didn't germinate. The second seed I put into a solo cup of water for 24 hours, then into paper towel for another 24 hours, after that it was ready for the 16oz solo cup with Gaia Green living soil.

The new growth kind of looks like its brown, anyone know what the possible cause is? I'm thinking light burn but am not sure. Its day 14 and over the last few days, I have top dressed the gaia green living soil with basalt rock dust, and given a light dose of fish sh!t

Here is an example of it if it progresses a bit further: growdiaries.com/diaries/187356-grow-journal-by-polyphemus ---- FWIW, my plant lost its exotic colors within a few growth nodes. Just normal lookin plant after that. Sometimes it'll stick around the entire grow.

This week I transplanted from 16oz solo cup to 3 gal fabric pot. In addition, I turned the light up from 40% to 60% and adjusted the height to 30" as a result we ended up with some light stress. I realize I should have done this over several days but the PPFD was 260-300 range and I wanted to get it closer to 400 ...didn't think it'd stress them out but it did.

She is filling out nicely but still a little shorter than I'd like; hopefully, we gain some good height this week as I was only planning for a 6 week Veg...

The plan was to switch over to flower tomorrow but started thinking maybe I should give her an extra week or two, however, am still undecided... 😬
