I use the same method when I start a grow. But I just put the seed in the cup, no paper towels. And water them once when I germinate. When they pop up, they stay around 5 days, and repot them and water again after transplant. I actually like Abit of strech in the first week. And if they get to stretchy I plant lower in the pot like you do. But I also start to lower the humidity Abit in the doom. 🤛🖖😊
