BorderDoobie Started 2nd round of spring seeds. I think this one is going in the garden not on the patio.

BorderDoobie This was burnt by a bug spray and I thought it might be a total loss. It is small still but recovering. I grow small plant and an only looking for 1 to 1.5 ounces, I think I will be able to get to finish and get some thign out of it, but not sure how much.

BorderDoobie looking good so far no sign of flower yet.
BorderDoobie Looking good
She is tied down and spread out and looking great. I think this will be a pretty good yield.
Note - Plant is on a West facing balcony that does not get enough light to really thrive.
Not sure how the strain does in lower light, I have had mixed result on different strains on this location.
2-28-2024 - Did a small top dress, just 4 to1 ratio Flower Girl to Worm Castings.

BorderDoobie Still looking good but lower leavers starting to have issues.
Saturday 3-2-2024 - fed a big top dress. Went with a buffet that gave a little of everything. 4 scoops flower girl, 2 scoops work castings , with a tbsp of Kelp Meal, Azomite and Bone meal with a pinch of Microbes.
* scoop is 3 to 4 tbsp
3-7-2024 - Plant seems to have really disliked the top dress. Went from having one bad leaf on the plant to it looking terrible. If i had to guess it seems like ph issue but not sure. Also does not seem to be drinking a ton out of the Earth box. Just going to let it ride. Buds seem to be behind to me, Super Lemon Haze auto is same age and way further along in bud development..

BorderDoobie Big rain the night before picture so everything is soaked today
Last two runs the EarthBox Jr has done great and the Regular Earth box has struggled. Not sure why but am guessing it has something to do with the small plants not drinking the reservoir fast enough and either the soil is staying to wet or the reservoir is getting funky.
I had plucked off the worst of the leaves before the pic but this plant has never thrived. Not blaming the genetics I had several mistakes this run.
Need to dump the Earth Box after this run and do a deep clean. maybe try to not fill resevior all the way.
i dumped the resevior this morning after the rain and will let it dry out a couple days then partially fill the res.

BorderDoobie 3-15-2023 - lookign really rough. 2nd run in a row had problems with this Earth box. This is outside and we have been fairly cold and rainy ( for AZ). Will try to address deficencies this week, but had a huge ton dress a couple weeks ago.

BorderDoobie So small, at least my other plants look good.
I am thinking I will be lucky to pull a 1/2 ounce of this.
I was hoping they would plump up but tricomes seem about done. I have an indoor finishing up in the tent I dry in in the next week or so. Will cut this whenever the indoor is ready so they can dry together.
===========================
Chopped 4-1-2024 at day 80 from seed.
Note - plant is crazy stunted will get under 1/2 ounce :-( . Sure it was my fault.
Need to do a full dump of the Earth box, will run again next season in a standard pot.
BorderDoobie I would call this my first failed grow only 8 grams.
I'm in AZ and had this outside on a West facing patio that only gets about 6 to 8 hours light. I throw a couple plants out there and just try to keep them small around 1 to 2 ounces.
This was in an outside Earthbox and we had gotten a ton of rain right before I put this out. The soil was too wet,the soil had a fungus gnatsinfestation.
I dumped the earthbox after harvest and will do a full reset.
My other plants look good and I got a small jar so not the end of the world.
