closet bud

Hello, this is my fourth grow (#1 & #2 on my profile). All bud is for personal use only. This go around I have 3 plants: 1 Surprise Auto & 2 Gorilla Zkittlez Autos. I grow in my closet, no tent, no filter, trying to see what kind of quality bud I can produce in this type of environment. I'm using Mother Earth's Groundswell soil with added peat moss. Using tap water. Using citric acid to lower the ph of my water. Oscillating fan for air flow. 2 art presentation boards lined with foil for light reflection. Cheapest ph pen & TDS meter I could find. DynaGro nutes grow/bloom along w OG Organics Tea & blended aloe leaves on occasion.

Received 1/4tsp bloom, 1/4tsp tea, 1/4tsp silica ~ light defoliation ~

She seems to be slowly working on bulking up. Stem is twice the size of others. Growing out instead of just up. So far this has been the easiest plant to care for. Watering every 4-5 days.

Looking back, I spent a lot more than I thought. Probably could have omitted some things and bought a tent. Oh well, I'll get one in the next six months. Already planning what photo beans I'm going to snag. Thinking about trying a Banana Kush & Mango 🤤 (also thinking about Sundae Driver, Critical, MAC..ahh so many choices)

day 58: tea feed day 59: defoliation day 62: flushed w water PHd at 5.8, TDS reading shows salt build up. Signs of phosphorous deficiency. Slow bud growth. Fingers crossed she can bounce back after this flush and pack on weight until harvest.

Finished eek 6 of flower, 69 days since sprout. Gorilla Zkittlez Auto from MSNL. I call her #2 since I'm growing another of the same strain. Seem to have 2 phenos. She's short & bushy with classic Indica leaves. Smells sweet like candy & berries. I'm finally seeing the buds swell, flushed her last week bc of suspected lockout. She's had a lot of defoliations which may have stunted her. I see chop day 3-4 weeks away as of now. day 56: 1/2tsp bloom

Week 7 of flower is finished, 77 days since sprout Battling lockout, lost a few leaves Day 74: fed bloom & calmag Better pics next week

Week 8 of flower is finished, 85 days since sprout. Based off trichomes alone, she's ready to chop. I'm seeing 96% cloudy, 2% clear, 2% amber. I wanna give a week though bc the buds could use the extra weight. Only water from here on out
