Getting my next round of Grimm Truffles started up. Out of these seedlings some of them will get flipped indoors and the remainder will be for me outdoor crop for this year.
They got a little lanky being in the corner of the tent so I may have to support them. The have been on a diet of just water and one shot of mycorrhizae.
January 25th Day 8 Veg
Not much to see other then they are a little taller. They will be getting transplanted relatively soon to the largest containers I can fit into that tray. Out of those 6-7 of them will go into my flower room once it is open and then remainder will be for this summers outdoor crop.
I have made a shelf to go inside the tent, eventually it will be used to store moms in the top portion and then the bottom will have one of my humidity domes and a couple 10x20 for clones and seedlings.
January 27th Day 10 Veg
They were ready for transplant, those little 2.5" square were starting to dry too fast. I wanted to go straight to partial filled 3 gallon plastic bags but I did not have enough of the mix on hand. The mix is a 50/50 blend of Ocean Forest and coco nut chips with oyster shell for calcium and dry humic acid added for chelation
February 1st Day 15 Veg
Not much has happened they are just a little bit taller. They are a little light but expect the ocean forest in the mix will clear that up in a couple days.
February 23rd Day 37 Veg
I have not posted on here in awhile because these plants have been in a holding state while the current ones finish up. The plants in flower are currently in the last 2 weeks so the time has come to start working these ones. Not all the plants in the picture are going flower indoors, some of them will be set aside for this seasons outdoor crop. They are currently in a mix of coco coir : coco chips, 1:1 and are transitioning from a dry fertilizer to pure blend pro as their primary food source. Maybe later today or tomorrow I will be taking cuts and defoliating back to their main branching. Once the room frees up they will then get transplanted up into 7 gallon bags.
Mar 5th Day 48 Veg
They are really packed into that little space and still have about a week before 6 of them move over to the main room. I have been mostly holding the plants for the last few weeks relying upon the ocean forest and some dry ferts in the initial mix that was in the 6" squares. Now that I am in coco I am switching over to Pure Blend Pro and going to start working up the feed level. Once they move over they will be going into 7 gallon square fabric pot and will be flipped after they have a chance to settle in. I am going with fewer primary branches this time and will be focusing producing some larger tips. They most likely will be in the 18-20" range by the time I flip and expect them to finish out 4-5 ' tall.
