Germinated 3 days after being sewn, looks to be healthy so far. Have previously grown Mephisto Genetics and loved what I grew so I’m excited to try Ravenberry.
She is really exploding into growth now, I will start training soon. Plain water all feedings, will introduce fertiliser from today once a week in feeding.
Training the main stem around the circumference of the pot. Not yet fed with compost tea planning on feeding Friday. Continues growing very nicely without issue.
Gave her compost tea this week at 1ml/l of Orgatrex. Plain water all following feedings.
I really heavily defoliated this week as I am planning on basically lollipopping her whilst training the main stem around the circumference of the pot. She has responded well and continues growing quickly.
As soon as the first pistils are noticed I will add two BioTabs to her soil.
Spotted the first pre flowers today so added two BioTabs to the soil, I placed one each side of her stem roughly 10cm deep and roughly 5cm out from stem on either side.
Continuing to heavily defoliate and train her around the pot. She is bouncing back from all the abuse I give her easily.
She has been continuing to receive 1l of compost tea once a week then all following feedings are of plain water.
Once weekly compost tea feed on Wednesday continues. I prepare the tea mixture on Tuesday morning and let it aerate for roughly 36 hours.
I am heavily defoliating as she grows as I intend to lollipop and prevent any extra lateral branches growing out with the main stem.
She has been showing slight nutrient burn but it seems to have halted now as the more recent growth seems unaffected.
She is otherwise growing well without any real issue.
Once weekly compost tea feed continues, first feed with PK added today. Plain water all following feedings.
Continue to tie her down and lightly defoliate as she grows.
Weekly compost tea continues with added Bio PK. Plain water all following feedings. Watering a litre whenever I feel the pots get light enough.
Her buds are really starting to swell and Trichomes production is in full swing now.
Some minor defoliation of older leaves but no other training going on.
Fed compost tea with added Bio PK today. Plain water all following feedings.
Did a heavy defoliation session to let as much light penetrate the lower canopy as possible to help with bud ripening.
Very happy with how she is filling out, looks like her buds are going to be really nicely sized.
She grew amazingly without causing me any issues. Very closely matched the description provided by Mephisto too. Now to wait and see how yield and final smoke will be.
Decided to harvest today rather than giving a compost tea feed. All pistols have turned brown and breeder recommends harvest between 75-80 days and I have to totally agree with their guideline.
@@247420, the first strain I grew by Mephisto was their Illuminauto Sweet n’ smelly (my profile pic is one of her buds). My personal favourite so far has been ManBearAlienPig then Double Grape a close second!
Well done, my friend! What a stunning lady!
If it's not too much trouble, I have a question for you. I've been looking your diaries and noticed that you begin administering the Compost Tea in the third week. Is there a specific rationale behind this timing?
I've seen some videos of them suggesting to start around day 35 in autoflowering plants, since Ive seem some people complaings about flowering issues with Biotabs, I was considering beginning around day 25 since the stretching phase has commenced, and I'm already noticing lots of pistils.
What is your perspective on this?
@GrowsHimself, Thank you for the insightful explanation, my friend. I'm currently employing the "only add water strategy," alongsid Tea + PK. I truly appreciate your suggestion of gradually introducing small feedings with Tea early on. As for your suggestion regarding giving tabs on day 1, it seems plausible. I sought guidance on utilizing Biotabs (Nice guys btw, even sent me free stuff) with autoflowers since the available information is rather generic. They advised giving one tab a week after transplant, followed by another 2 to 3 weeks later. However, they also shared a success story of a grower who applied the tabs immediately after transplanting, yielding excellent results.
@@Lambeta, oh and also auto add it’s not a trouble at all 😁 im genuinely so glad you are following along and getting info from my grow. This is the greatest hobby in the world
@@Lambeta, oh and also to add, I am currently adding the biotabs at the first sign of pre flowers. I haven’t come across any issues this way yet so I’d definitely say you should go for it yourself 👍 Are you using the other dry amendments in the range?
@Mastr, 1.7kg wow I’m impressed bro! I have seen some people attach a spoon to a drill and using that to automatically stir the mixture (might be something to consider for the sake of your arms lol). How did the last batch of hash that you made smoke in the end?
