Hey, the plants look really good to me, especially in terms of development. I've noticed a few things that might help you. First of all, to my knowledge, clay pots are not the ideal solution; I would prefer fabric pots (you can't transplant in those) or plastic pots with holes. Fabric pots are particularly good because the roots need not only water but also oxygen, which can penetrate through the thin fabric layer. Additionally, they absorb water that spills out when watering or goes over the side.
In general, you can start fertilizing when the plant has 2-3 pairs of leaves, but remember that less is more when it comes to fertilizing. Over-fertilization is very hard to fix, if not impossible, while under-fertilization can be corrected quickly. I would recommend sticking to the Canna Terra feeding schedule from now on. According to my calculations, you need about 3.8ml of Terra Vega per liter of water, and if available, 2ml/l of RHIZOTONIC and 2.5ml/l of CANNAZYM.
Regarding pruning the plant, as long as you don't want to do mainlining or anything like that, you shouldn't think about defoliation just yet. I would consider defoliating a little in the 6th week if the plant is very bushy, or 1 week before switching to flowering, and then only remove leaves that block light to other tops. The plant always needs its leaves to finish the buds, so be just as careful with that as you are with fertilizing.
For transplanting:
When transplanting, you should make sure that the pot is well-rooted when you move the plant. To check this, take the plant in one hand and grip the stem between your middle and ring finger with the other. Then turn the plant upside down so that it's upside down in your hand, and you can carefully remove the pot to see if the roots are strong enough. I would recommend not doing this every day since roots are very sensitive and don't like light.
But I think your plants can stay in the pot for another good 10 days. After that, I would put them in a 15-25 liter pot, preferably in good soil (BioBizz Allmix / Plagon Allmix, etc.).
Additionally, I noticed that you mentioned having an automatic plant in the tent; I think that might be a mistake, or is that really the case? That wouldn't work very well.
I think your grow is looking great so far; the plants are healthy and thriving, and you're taking good care of them. Great job +1👆
Keep it up 👏👏
PS: What kind of light are you using, something decent?
