Day 1 through 7. Sprayed medium with spray bottle until day 7. On day 7 gave 120 ml of light strength recharge around seedling. Everything seems good and healthy.
On day 19 I trimmed lower growth and bent upper stem 90 degrees. Will be giving 1 liter of recharge water on day 20. After looking back on previous grows at this stage it's clear this girl is a runt. I believe it's because I haven't watered enough to activate the grow dots. I watered to run off and undid the 90 degree bend to allow her to just grow for now. I plan on just doing LST on the branches later on. Hoping she takes off in the next week or I'll have to consider ending this grow to make space in the tent for something else. Day 21 she seems to have put on some growth. Starting to get some light yellow tips, not sure if it's from the grow dots or the heavy watering. Late evening after day 21 pics were taken she was actually perked up for the first time. Have not watered anymore as pot is still heavy with a wet bottom.
Week 4 started to show some growth. I think it would be much bigger had I watered enough to activate grow dots prior to planting and throughout. Could also just be a runt. I moved her to the other tent under the Evo 4 today at 30 inches at 80%. There are two pistils at the highest node today. I'm going to give her another few days to determine if she's worth the tent space as I need to run testers and need the space. Day 25 showing a little more growth. Still very small. On day 26 I decided to top, also took off two more large fan leafs and LST on all the branches.
Starting week 5 pretty good. Still have some yellowing on the tips but she's nice and happy.
I was so disappointed in her the first couple weeks but she's really grown on me. I'm still tying her vertical branches down but allowing the main branch to grow straight.
Will call day 34 last day of veg. I have had fun with this one. I've topped, stretched, defoliated and twisted her hard. She's still showing lots of yellow tips but she's finally getting some growth and pistils. I completely expect a small yield but time will tell
Calling this week one of flower. I did a heavy defole on the large fan leafs and some minor lollipoping. Used a bunch of LST clips to open her up. She's been bottom watering on the ac Infinity self watering bases.
Going good so far, starting to show some frost.
Draining the ac Infinity self watering bases every other day. The grow dots seem to be giving it what it needs. Added the ac Infinity s24 with the Evo 4 in a 3x3 today giving the tent 500 watts. Day 52 she's looking great, nice bud sites forming. I can't believe early on I almost gave up on her because she was so small but she has really turned it up and will be a 4 ounce plant easy.
Smells fantastic, sticky. Getting near the end of week 8. Definitely has some deficiency from the grow dots. I'm not going to attempt to add anything as the goal is to run the grow dots as intended. The lower branches and buds seem ok but the upper leaves are in rough shape
Week 10 and she's looking sad, wasn't the results id hoped for with the grow dots. I will try them again at some point. The buds are frosty and sticky with some stank though.
This girl had a rough time with the grow dots. Started getting burnt brown leaves pretty early.
I decided to chop on day 77 as there was some foxtailing starting and the top buds were looking a little light burnt. Despite the rough leaves it's super sticky and smells like some funky arm pits. I watered from ac Infinity self watering base and added recharge here and there. All in all i'm glad this grow is over although it was a low maintenance grow.
