Here I am today..
I yanked the carbon scrubbing filter off 2 weeks ago to help with airflow. I just let the stink flow outside. Don't need to filter it since it's now legal where I live now, and my neighbor does the same.
Stunting my plants back at around week 2 with 300ppm set them back 2-3 weeks, but it also taught me a lot.
I plan on doing all autoflower seeds next run to make my grow more streamlined. I already have the seeds.
I thought about setting up a separate veg/clone chamber but I just don't have the room. My apartment is tiny.
What a fun hobby. One of the funniest hobbies I have for sure.
I like this DWC setup I have in my kitchen next to the sink. It's easy to fill/drain the system and store all the nutes in the cabinets.
Takes 1 hour to make 5 gallons of RO water with this undersink ebay RO system I bought. I have city tap water that tests at 60ppm. Which is pretty low ppm, but I still don't drink it, I don't even give it to my dog.
I going to work on bettering my diary skills. Better pictures and more details.
Writing and documenting this will help my future grows.
Im pretty sure that 300ppm wont burn cannabis plant. I start my seedlings at 350 to 450 without any burn. Near 450 might get some stunth grow if light feeder strain.
@Hattiwatti, Well in my case. In DWC with RO water, it will. I stupidly put my ppms at 400 and it almost killed all my plants. It took them two weeks to recover. I will never do that again. Less is more. The critical strain ended up hermieing on a branch in the back and spread seeds in my tent. Mostly to itself. But I have found a few fat ripe seeds in my other strains. I also had night temps at 55F for a few weeks and a light leak I didn't know about.
Nice grow matey indeed, hydroponics is king, no doubt. Quick question, you stated that you grew 20 years ago, not many autos back then if any, cant remember myself any on CW when I joined in 2001.
In your opinion, can you taste the ruderalis genetics in the Hulkberry? Asking hence I have grown 3 auto strains now and I find that the taste is negatively influenced by it
