First Grow West Coast OG Autoflower

The main thing here is the light is way way way to strong for the space which is fine but you have to compensate your going to want to adjust your exhaust fan and your intake fan to run faster so the air can get cleared out as fast as possible as for training your plants they are going to grow a tremendous amount with that light in there so I would invest into some trellis netting (Scrog) this way you can control the stretch as well fill out your space to its maximum potential !
