Hello ! I would not put the blame on Ocean forest as it is a poting soil so you can frie a seedling but you can't frie a plant like yours with an over feeding. On the pictures your soil looks dry , check the pot weight to see if it's light or heavy and if heavy then it's an over watering : the droopy leaves symptoms are both for over and under watering but over watering + droopy leaves means roots problems.
