My tiny setup
I planted my seeds directly in the substrate and put some clingfoil ontop to keep them moist.
I dont want repot them later.
They are in 6 Liter pots with 20g of Zamnesia Monster Bud mix per pot

Could be your light is to far away so they have stretched to receive the light the require at that stage.
