How can i prevent my dog from pissing on my plants ? I cannot barricade the plant as he will bite the barricade into pieces and he is my security ... Any ideas ... It does not harm the plants that much but it would definitely help if i could prevent it.

Repellents: Consider using natural or commercial repellents around your plants to deter your dog from urinating in that area. There are many pet-safe options available, including citrus-based sprays or homemade solutions using vinegar or chili powder. Be sure to test a small area first to ensure it doesn't harm your plants. Training: Work on training your dog to avoid urinating near your plants. Positive reinforcement techniques, such as rewarding your dog for urinating in designated areas away from your plants, can be effective. Consistency and patience are key when training your dog. Create a Designated Bathroom Area: Set up a designated bathroom area for your dog away from your plants. Use positive reinforcement to encourage your dog to use this area for urination instead of near your plants. Physical Barriers: While you mentioned that barricading your plants isn't feasible, you could try using taller or sturdier barriers that are more difficult for your dog to destroy. Alternatively, consider placing the plants in elevated containers or hanging baskets out of your dog's reach. Supervision: Keep an eye on your dog when they're in the vicinity of your plants, and redirect their attention if you notice them showing interest in urinating on them. Providing distractions or engaging your dog in play can help redirect their behavior.

Train your dog would be a good start honestly. This isn't a question for grow diaries, but for a dog trainer.
