Day: 6 First seedling 🌱 is visible, the other two are taking their time. Day: 7 Seedling #1 🌱 has reached a height of 1.5cm. Unfortunately, there's still nothing to see from #2 and #3. Gruenerfinger85 Hello plant friends, I welcome you to another week. Day: 8 On the eighth day, I carefully pushed the soil aside at the surface to check if a seedling is growing from the seed. Indeed, there was something to see with #2, but it seems that the seed was planted a bit too deep. Since it appeared that the seedling 🌱 had already grown quite a bit and the cotyledons were just below the surface, I simplified its start in life a bit by removing some soil so that the light could reach the plant and give it a boost. Unfortunately, there was nothing to see with #3, so I removed the seed from the soil and cleaned it. Then I filled a glass with warm water and tossed the seed in. It will stay in the water for 24 hours, after which I will wrap it in a damp cloth again. Let's keep our fingers crossed that this works; otherwise, I don't know what to do. If that doesn't work, I'll throw the seed in my garden; maybe something will grow there. I've often had good experiences with that, where suddenly a plant appeared after weeks or months. Let's hope that the last piece, #2, manages to do it on its own; I will check again this evening. As you can see, my girls are doing very well, but unfortunately, I have some bad news to share along with my good news. Sadly, the third seed won't make it, so I've decided to take it out of the race. On day 21, I will transplant both plants into their final pots; I will use 10l pots with Bio Bizz Light Mix. They will be fed with S&R Organics; I have complete trust in this nutrient. First of all, it's user-friendly, easy to apply, provides the plants with all the essential nutrients they need in different phases, and ensures a great taste, not to mention the amazing yields. As far as I can tell, #1 has normal growth, and #2 is a bit slower. Who knows, that might not mean anything; maybe #2 needs a little more time but will show a special flavor or have an amazing yield, or it might not mean anything at all. Initially, I had a bit of trouble keeping everything at a perfect level, but now I have everything under control. Day: 23 Indoor temperature: 26.4 degrees Celsius Outdoor temperature: 4 degrees Celsius Humidity: 58% Light distance: 58cm Day: 25 Current height of the plants #1) 10cm #2) 4cm There are slight signs of overwatering, which has slowed down growth a bit.
