So, this was the runt of the group immediately and did not keep up with the rest in the first couple of days after being put in her 5-gallon bucket, but then on day 7 I realized that there had been a leak in her bucket neat the bottom, so she had been suffering from a very dry root zone in comparison to the rest. She is definitely recovering from the water leak in the first week, it took her a couple of days to get back to it but she has been reaching out her roots more over the latter part of the week while I have seen some more growth too so I am happy that it looks like she will survive! Now it's all about catching up to the other girls in the tent for this one! Finally, we started to see some slow growth on this girl, she seems to be getting over the leak issue from the start of the grow but I think she will be the runt of the bunch since she was stunted so early on in her life... I will keep her running tho as I only had this one seed of the Gorilla Punch and I am excited to see how she turns out anyway so I'll keep her going and see what we can get out of her. Thankfully this week has gone well and she has not had any other problems so I am hoping that will continue on 🙏(had some issues with some pathogens in two other tubs which has led to root rot developing due to me not realizing I had dropped something in the res the night before changing three of the tubs and had contaminated the water which I assume might have caused the introduction of the pathogens) Happy growing everyone! What's up growers! We finally starting to see a bit more growth this week which hopefully let me start to do some LST this upcoming week! I have been dealing with some root rot on a couple of girls, this one started to show a bit of worrying signs on her root earlier this week but it never seemed to develop to more than a bit of discoloration but the smell from her res stayed nice and neutral so I am hoping she is getting out of the danger zone now has a developed enough root system to be a bit more resistant and I have been able to keep the water temps under 70-71 for the whole grow this week. Which I hope leads to less issues with root rot! Happy growing everyone! What's up growers! No complaints this week, finally lol, we have been battling constant issues with root rot this grow on several of the girls. This Gorilla Punch luckily pushed passed any of early root issues that she ran into and she is now starting to show some more growth! We are definitely coming into preflower so this will be the last week I mark as Veg and next week will be week 1 of flower😁 This girl grew quite a bit this week so that allowed me to continue with some more LST and I ended up picking a couple of leaves of during the week! What's up growers!😎 This week was the first of flower and we are starting to see a good amount of growth, I am still hoping that these girls will stretch a good bit more before they really start developing bud sites. There were no real issues to report this week other than that I noticed that she might be dealing with a bit of a nitrogen toxicity with the leaves being very dark and almost showing a bit of a blueish tint to the edge of the leaves. This week went well no real issues, I was really hoping these girls would stretch some more so they'd be a little less crowded but we'll see if they do any more stretching this week🙏 Other than that this Gorilla Punch is looking okay, I think she was showing signs of some nitrogen toxicity so I lowered the nitrogen in the first feed this week and today I switched her to next weeks feeding schedule which is very low on nitrogen but she has still been developing more and more bud sites over the last week!😁 If they don't end up stretching more this week I'll do a pretty heavy defoliation to open up the canopy some more as it's gotten pretty crowded! What's up growers!😁😎 This week has gone by fast and it's been a decent week in the tent. There hasn't been too many issues this week except battling dropping pH levels, but I am thinking it might have been from a bit too strong of a feed so I just changed it again today to W9 50% feed instead of 66% so I will be monitoring the pH levels closely. But other than that I think this Gorilla Punch might have a weird mutation in its genes, she has been much darker green than the rest of the girls and she has had a heavy downwards clawing going on on most of her leaves (but some are completely unaffected and look normal other than being dark green) I would normally attribute this to a nitrogen toxicity which is what I thought with this girl at first too but after first lowering her nitrogen in her feeding significantly but it made no difference, she has now been in flower for a couple of week and nitrogen was completely cut about 2 weeks ago and new growth still show signs of nitrogen toxicity so therefor I don't believe that it really is a toxicity but maybe a mutation. But she has still been developing more and more bud sites over the week, so I did a good defoliation last night to allow for some more light penetration and airflow! 🙏🔥 Happy growing everyone! This week came and went pretty fast and I have just accepted that this Gorilla Punch is going to be a dark green no matter what and have some weird drooping with her leaves but I cannot get it corrected, I have tried all I could think of but she's still been growing so I am just gonna let her do her thing but still go light on the feed! She is starting to put out a good bit of smell but I'm having a hard time pin pointing where she lands on the nose 😶 But that should show itself soon enough! She is now also starting to put out some nice earth limey aromas🔥🙏 This is now 1 week since she was supposed to be done according to Fastbuds but I never expect the time to line up, I feel like they normally run a couple of weeks more than expected, so I am counting on her going another week or maybe two! Not too much to report this week, she has been packing on weight over the week and is not too far from harvest time now!🔥 I am still waiting on seeing some more amber trichomes before we'll choose to cut down this girl! This Gorilla Punch has started to produce a more pronounced aroma this week and is now leaning more towards the lemony/spicy smell that I was expecting! We're starting to get real close to the end here with this girl and I have started feeding her just water and I'm assuming that I will harvest her over the next week as I am seeing some amber trichomes on her nugs! 🙏👽 She is getting nice and sticky and her buds are feeling dense and have faded into a beautiful dark reddish color, she is giving of a pungent lemon smell 🔥🍋 I am not expecting the largest yield on these plants as they never stretched much and this Gorilla Punch had a weird leaf mutation that I mistook for a nitrogen toxicity so I believe I could have pushed this girl a bit harder had I not been lowering her feeds while I was still thinking that I was dealing with a nitrogen toxicity but I'm still hoping a decent return due to her being pretty dense and I am really hopeful that this grow from FastBuds420 will be the best bud I've grown so far!👽 But happy growing everyone! Hello fellow growers!!! Finally the first of my girl on this grow has made it to harvest, that being this Gorilla Punch!! 🔥🦍👊 She was cut down on day 91 right before the light turned on and she was hung up to dry whole after removing most of the fan leaves, I am expecting about a week maybe a couple days more to get the dry done and by then I am expecting the two other girls on this run to be ready to harvest by then! But this Gorilla Punch looks awesome and has faded to a beautiful purply reddish with some green spread in there!🙏 Super excited to be done with the trim and see how the buds turns out!
