OSS- Pellezino coockies

SweetSmoke_97 Finally, the time has come, and I can upload my report after the first week, full of impatience and constant checks. Day 1 The first day was quite uneventful as I embedded my carefully selected seed in a glass equipped with cotton pads and added a few drops of water to soak it. Day 3 About 36 hours of impatience later, I noticed that the seed was finally starting to germinate and break open. I waited until the evening and then finally planted it in the soil about 5mm deep. Day 4 In the morning, I opened the tent, and I was greeted by a sight that I couldn't stop marveling at. It had broken through the top layer and was trying to stand up. I had a hard time keeping my fingers off it after giving it a little water. Day 5 I roughly managed not to stare it to death and continue practicing torturous patience. I enjoyed watching it straighten up and later helped it shed its "cap." I successfully enjoyed its further progress. Day 6 A week has now passed, and it's doing great. I'm excited to see what kind of growth spurts it has in the coming days and weeks, and I'm optimistic that we will grow into a strong team together.

SweetSmoke_97 Welcome back to the end of my 2nd grow week. This week, Pellezino Cookies made some big progress. She has grown noticeably and is spreading out more and more. So far, everything has been wonderful. The temperature consistently stayed around 24/25 degrees during the day and 18.5 at night. The humidity was always between 50 and 60%. On the night from day 12 to 13, the exhaust system failed, so unfortunately, I had a brief but high humidity of 90%... luckily, I was able to counteract it quickly. Today, I noticed that one of the lower first leaves, the big one on the left - picture "day 13", is slightly curling, not a lot but still. Maybe one of you can give me some advice on what it could be. I will definitely keep an eye on it. I'm excited to look forward to the next week and hope to soon take the first next steps like topping, etc. Until next week, and thanks for stopping by.

SweetSmoke_97 Here we are again, and finally at the end of the third week. Unfortunately, I'm a day late with my report, usually always on Saturdays, but yesterday I just couldn't make it in time. To the essentials: The little one has made some huge leaps. She was fertilized on day 16 with 0.15 g of Biobizz microbes in 500ml, and you could see just one or two days later how well it did her. On day 18, things got exciting in the tent; she was finally topped. Even on day 19, you could already see the two new shoots coming out. As soon as they are up, the two will be topped again, and then we'll continue with LST and HST. In between, she also got about 150-200 ml of cooled banana tea. Highly recommended. SweetSmoke_97 And here we are again, with great progress. Where should I even start? Week 4 went like a picture book. Little Pellezino is growing and thriving, getting wider and taller. She reacted very well to the topping on day 18 and developed very stable new colas just two days later. The Microbes from Biobizz from last week also went over well, and as you can see, the fertilization with Alg a Mic and Grow from Biobizz is showing its effects. The only negative issue is that my exhaust fan went out this morning, but I was able to fix that problem quickly. Let's see what next week brings; if everything continues like this, then she will be bent down and topped at the end. So much for my 4th week of growing, more from the little one next Saturday, hopefully with just as impressive progress. Footnote: This week I gave the little one and the tent an upgrade and got myself the Spider Farmer FS1000 with 100 Watts+, which she reacted to very well.

SweetSmoke_97 And another week done. What can I say, this week was filled with headaches and mixed feelings. While trying LST, I broke the left and right cola branches. The left side got hit worse. Initially, I was very shocked by my impatience and tried to act intuitively, bringing the break point and branch back together. Luckily, it didn't completely break off but was still hanging on about 20% to the stem. Not even 5 minutes after the break, the plant let all the leaves on the left side droop. I tied the branch to the stem and used the net for support, then let it grow with a splint for 2 days, treating the break point with 1-2 drops of water every hour so it could still absorb nutrients through the broken supply vein. A day later, all the leaves were back up. On the second day, I noticed yellow leaf tips on the side with the broken branch. Logically, it was suffering from a nutrient deficiency due to the break. On the third day, it had recovered enough that the net support could be removed, and after the fourth day, the splint was also taken off, continuing with water drops. Today, the break point is completely healed, and there's hardly any sign of the yellow tips. Let's see what next week brings. It set me back about 2 weeks, but I'm staying on top of it and nurturing it back to health. I hope to top it next week and will hold off on bending it down until it regains its full health. If things continue like this, it will be topped for the second time on Monday/Tuesday, and we're hoping for 4 cola branches. Stay tuned and see you next week. SweetSmoke_97 Welcome back, finally at the end of week 6. Unfortunately, there's hardly anything to report. The last 7 days were relatively uneventful. The only thing I can share is that she was topped for the second time on Thursday, so now there are 4 colas in play. I want to make sure to mention that the little one is finally back to full health. She finished her healing over the last 9 days and is now growing perfectly again. Hopefully, the pictures will look a bit fuller and nicer by next week. Until then, enjoy your reading and good luck. SweetSmoke_97 Welcome back, finally finished the 7th week. Once again, huge progress. The four new colas are growing beautifully and have been slowly bent down with the net until they're long enough for the plant clips. Among other things, I repurposed my nutrients and used the Biobizz fish mix, Biobizz grow, and Biobizz microbes nutrients in the same ratio (2ml per 1L) as a foliar spray to focus on nutrient uptake through the leaves. You can definitely tell that this strain forgives mistakes and knows how to handle stress. Let's see what next week brings. Until then, have fun! 😉

SweetSmoke_97 Welcome back, end of week 8. Today I got CO2 taps and hung them in a glass of water 44 cm above the plant so that it distributes nicely across the entire plant. Additionally, I fertilized today with 1.5 ml of calmag from Biobizz per 1 liter. I had to support a tip from the main stem as it was slightly torn, but it has healed quite well now. I moved some soil back to the main stem and watered it. I also defoliated the little one a bit, and the small side shoots were removed with a razor blade. Now it can recover from all the stress of the last week and spread upwards. I removed the net and it will only be used again in 14 days when it will be topped and pushed down again. SweetSmoke_97 Now we have finally arrived at the end of week 9 of the grow. And with great progress. The little crack/bend in the cola branch from last week is hardly worth mentioning as it healed completely after 3 days. That just shows how persistent and robust she is. One really has to say that the genetics are just amazing. So far, everything is going super well with her. I just have to mention that you can tell she is growing a bit slower due to the stress from tying down and trimming, but that doesn't cause any problems. She is growing very densely, and the branches are very thick and almost trunk-like hard. I haven't worked with the net anymore this week as I'm now focusing on spreading the side branches and wanted to give her some time and space to expand. Soon, however, she will be topped again at all the colas. So far, everything is going according to plan. She was fertilized today with the complete Biobizz range and also had some silic rock from Plagron added for the pH value. Before that, she was sprayed with the nutrient mix to ensure she absorbs enough nutrients through the leaves. Let's see what I can report to you next week. I'm already impatient to send her into flowering, but she still needs a bit more time for that. SweetSmoke_97 Welcome back to the end of week 10. What an exciting hobby, these little plants, it never gets boring. This week, I really struggled with heat stress due to the summer conditions outside. As resistant as little Pellezino is, she doesn't like heat at all. Over 26 degrees is very uncomfortable. I had to debate for a few days about what I would tolerate - too low humidity with the tent open or too high temperatures but good humidity. Although it was a challenge to keep everything as good as possible (temp, humidity, etc.), we both made it through very well. On a more positive note, she was topped for the last time, and now she has 8 new colas that are already stretching and thriving beautifully. Additionally, the little one has also gained two new roommates. These two little ones are cuttings from Wonderland, and we are excited to see what they have in store for us 🍀.
