I bend some branches to open it up each day as it needs it and it seems to be working out well for these plants

There’s something going on with some of these plants and I can’t seem to identify the problem so far. I have been doing a lot of research and I’m in a process of elimination at the moment but the plants growth hasn’t been affected. I will continue to try treat the problem.

Looks like the leaves have been wet under the light being on. When I had issues exactly like this it was russet mites. Which are crazy tiny. Need 60x to 100x magnified to see. I soaked (30 min), and rinsed my whole garden about every other day for a week with neem oil mix. It eliminated the issue, and has not been back since. Looks like it is spreading to other plants as well.
