First I placed them on a glass of water for 18hrs, then I moved them to a paper towel for almost two days before planting them in their final pot of 21,5L. 2 of 2 seeds germinated. The soil is a mixture of sphagnum moss, coconut fibers, perlite and vermiculite. It's very fluffy and doesn't retain much moisture, I usually water every 3 days. I make the soil by using a pre-mixed soil called "Carolina Soil" avaiable in my country and adding 10L of perlite per bag of 45L of Carolina Soil. My soil's ph is around 5.5 so I water it with water around pH 7.
