Terp_Djiny I received some Super Lemon Haze seeds from Green House Seeds along with one of the organic fertilizer starter packs. They've been stored away nicely for over a year now. The germination rate is still at 100% even after all this time. In two weeks, when the substrate is ready, the four seedlings will be planted. The last picture was taken 6 days after breaking the surface of the soil. More to come next week.

Terp_Djiny The first week of the growth phase is over. At the beginning of the week, I worked on the 4 pots with the Living Soil from the last grow. First, I mixed in 75g of Re-Amend Mix from Almicanna into the soil and then watered it with the bacteria mix Re-Store at 0.5g/L of chlorine-free water. I keep the substrate moist so that the soil life doesn't die off. In about 10 days, the little ones should be planted in there.

Terp_Djiny To kick off the week, I filled the four plants into the 22L fabric pots from the last run. I prepared the old soil with the Re-Amend Mix from Almicanna and then watered it with Re-Store. The whole mix had 12 days to rest and was replanted on day 13.

Terp_Djiny At the beginning of the week, I topped the four plants. The little ones have been growing without any stops. Midweek, I received the Blumat package to set up the tubing with shut-off valves so that I can take the pots out individually if needed. By the end of the week, I took a few photos. I think the little ones are developing great.

Terp_Djiny The four plants received a compost tea at the start of the week. I brewed it for 24 hours. It was made up of 100g of worm humus, 100g of Vegi compost tea from Almicanna, and 10L of chlorine-free water.

Terp_Djiny This week I added nematodes and Bacillus thuringiensis against fungus gnats through the watering. I haven't completely gotten the fungus gnat problem under control yet. After mixing in Kickflip top dress over the weekend, I also spread mustard seed meal on the soil surface to prevent the gnats from laying their eggs. And I also thinned out down below. Just one more week and then we’ll start the flowering phase.

Terp_Djiny The four have developed splendidly. The flower droppers have been running reliably so far and are set so that the soil is at about 80 mbar. The plants have handled the trimming from last weekend more than well, so I will switch the light cycle to 12/12 this weekend.

Terp_Djiny The first week under 12 hours of light is over. By the middle of the week, I incorporated the CalMagic kit from Almicanna. After that, I cut out a few sun sails and also some of the lower shoots. By the end of the first week, I brewed the first flowering compost tea and watered after 48 hours of brewing time.

Terp_Djiny At the end of the second week of flowering, I generously trimmed the plants at the bottom. This way, the plant's energy should flow into the upper buds and avoid popcorn buds. Now it's just a matter of waiting and letting them bloom.

Terp_Djiny This week has been really busy.. the front plant managed to grow over the lamp. So I quickly bent the shoots and tied them down with ropes to prevent them from breaking completely. A few days later, I had to reposition the ropes since all the shoots stood back up under the lamp. After that, I removed a few sun sails, and now I'm just letting the plants continue to grow for a while.

Terp_Djiny Diese Woche sind die ersten Triebe zur Seite gekippt, solangsam werden die auch richtig schwer. Die die gekippt sind, habe ich mit einem Band stabilisiert, ein paar Wochen dürfen die Ladys ja noch. Per Tröpfchen Bewässerung gab es die Woche über nur Wasser.

Terp_Djiny A lot has happened over the week. I've already harvested one plant. It was already ripe for harvest. The trichome heads were partly amber-colored and the rest milky. There were still a few clear trichome heads in between. For the rest of the plants, I've tied up a few ropes to support the thick head buds.

The four phenos couldn't be more different, the pheno at the front left has about 300% stretch. The pheno at the front right was also very interesting from the gene pool. All four shoots were different, the nodes were sometimes two, sometimes one, or even three at one spot & one shoot was even polyploid. Only the pheno at the back left had all the characteristics that a Super Lemon Haze should have for me. Thick buds covered in trichomes and a clear plant structure.

Terp_Djiny The plants have formed a good amount of trichomes in the last week and have also let them mature. When I checked with the microscope, I decided it was time to harvest since the trichomes were mostly milky and some were already amber-colored. Now the harvest is hanging in the tent to dry.
