All week, Gelato was under a homemade "Greenhouse" made from a plastic container to achieve the necessary humidity.
Watering: Clean water about 250 ml daily, I watered around the plant, not under the plant stem, and I advise you to do the same!
This helps to eliminate overwatering and speeds up root growth.

But from what it says in your diary, i would say that you are watering them a lil to much.
i have tried making a schedule for amounts of both fertilizer and water expected to be used each week..
in my collumn for week2 i only water the plants 0.5l in the entire week. but on a daily basis of 0.07l daily.
im sure my schedule does not fit all plants but according to your diary you are watering them 0.25l daily, which is more than thrice the amount i use..
