Some seeds I had didn't sprout so I got this Mango Dady with 10 days of age, pics are from the day I transplanted it to it's final pot on day 14 of vegging, first watering I use double the amount of biorhizotonic
Even being like 20 days younger than the other ones in the pics it's keeping up with them and it's getting taller really fast, since its younger I decided not to do any FIMing or anything yet
Since she's the one closest to the outside wall I decided to place some weight on it so it wouldn't grow that much taller and started to grow the lower branches
Lowered the amount of rhizotonic to half of what I was using because roots already started to grow outside the bags and I was just wasting it since they don't need it, but they do love it that's for sure lol
Started topping because it was almost visible from outside, lower branches grew a lot because of that so I started training them with weight so there would be more space between them
The plant grew so symmetrical and healthy it almost looks like a scrog without the net, it's funny because I tried to do an actual scrog outside with another plant and an old tent structure I don't use anymore and it didn't go so well (it wasn't that symmetrical as this one and also the stem broke in half but luckily I saved it in time). Ran out of rhizotonic and it's pretty expensive so I won't be buying another one but I will use it next grow cycle with no doubt
Did some defoliation because my loquat tree had some disease and wanted the plants to have the best airflow possible in case they catch something, Also did a FIM cut on every branch and got three new sprouts from each, switching to bloom phase nutrients next week
First week of flowering, continued to defoliate a bit and started mainlining. First week of flowering I use 50% more bioboost for encouraging flowering
I'm surprised by the beauty of this strain, the big fat leaves it had while vegging with that bright green color, the pink pistils on the flowers, the already matured and brown trichomes on the larger leaves (I don't know why it did this and if it's normal) and gets you to that caramel looking bud
5th or 6th week of flowering, buds are now expanding in wideness, had to cut two or three branches because of a couple molded buds but it was mainly to save the rest of the crop

Week 16. Harvest

Happy Harvest Day!
Mango Dady - Latitud sur seeds - Custom Breeder & Strain
Harvested a little early because of the diseases in the plants nearby (botrytis, mildew, a little bit of spider mites), didn't wanna risk the whole crop so I just cut everything down and gave it a good cleaning with water and hydrogen peroxide for the first time ever. From my point of view I lost quite a bit of trichomes doing that, but do I regret it? Not a single bit, the trichomes that you actually lose by doing a bud wash are already degrading and aren't holding onto anything, so they would make the flavor worse (also from my pov) if they stayed there, also I didn't have a roof over them for almost 5 months so they had a lot of debris so I rather not smoke all of that
