First Grow. I purchased the Spider Farms tent off Amazon. Ohio just became legal earlier this year. I suffer from NF and the ability to grow my own medicine,legally, is exciting to me.
I did the paper-towel method. I purchased Fox Farms Ocean Forest and Happy Frog.
OF is about 40% and on the bottom of the 5 gallon pot and I put Happy Frog on top.
I have used a bottle mister of straight distilled water for the first week, just lightly soaking the soil.
Ahhh we are heading into week 3! I’m leaving for vacation on Sunday. I’ll be back on Thursday. I have been giving her about a cup of water every other day.
That 18/6 cycle is really working out for her. She sleeps while I’m at work and has had about two hours of lighting when I come back home to check on her. I’m excited to see her growth every day.
I’ve been using distilled water and damp washcloths to maintain humidity in the tent.
Does anyone recommend a certain time frame when I should start introducing all the stuff to make her growth healthier? I know there’s a wide range of products people use. Any help would be appreciated.
I was gone for four days but I wrote down a “care-plan” for my brother on the maintenance. I just got back and upon opening up the tent, I noticed the amazing growth and a light smell coming from her. I did some LST before I left and she’s growing perfectly. I am aware of the soil not being to the rim..when I filled it up, it was 1-2 inches away from the top so it definitely settled. I’ll make notes and adjust that for the next grow!
I have FF grow big and Buds and Blooms coming today. I’ll probably start that grow big on the next feeding tomorrow. Any advice on those nutrients AND any other would be appreciated!
