Banana Cake Clones (In House Genetics)

Decided to do a flower only diary for these two Banana Cake Clones. They are both from the #1 pheno, decided she’s not sticking around so into flower we go! Looking forward to this second attempt, not done a lot to either plant. Left them alone while they vegged, did a bit of lst a couple of days before they were moved across. These clones were vegged for around 8 weeks, had some issues with my light in the early weeks and it really stunted them. Got them looking fairly decent now 😸 Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚

All appears well with these ladies 😸 Seen a good amount of growth from both ladies since the last update. I removed a couple of leaves from each plant, mainly big fan leaves blocking all the light to the other sites. They’re continuing on the same nutrient feed as last week and appear healthy. I’m watering both plants 3 litres every 3-4 days. Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚

Gave them both a bit of a clean up, removed a few fan leaves and cut off the odd small branch. Barely anything to tell the truth. Seeing a nice amount of trichomes forming on the fan leaves 👏😸 I’ve started adding a PK Boost to their feed at 1ml/ltr, this will probably have increased up to 2ml by the end of the week. Not had one foxtail like this for a while. Both plants are giving off a really strong OG aroma and they are extremely resinous to the touch. Happy with how everything looks, until next time 🌱💚

Finally got round to getting this diary finished. Sorry it took so long to update, I’ve been really busy 🤷‍♂️😸 I harvested these plants just shy of two weeks ago. I took some pictures just prior to harvest. The buds came out extremely dense even though they both foxtailed. The pictures of the dry buds don’t really do them justice. They look a bit rough trimmed, not quite as well manicured as to my usual standard, but it smokes smooth and that’s all that matters 😸 The taste is thick and lingers in the mouth, you can almost chew it! It has a really strong OG Kush taste, not had much wedding cake in my time so can’t tell if that’s coming through at all 🤷‍♂️ Yielded pretty good this time round, got around 3oz per plant. All the buds were solid so not much trim to use for Rosin, but what little I did get gave me some 🔥 Rosin in return. I’ve uploaded a video of what I made.
