Great work. I'm curious to see how your Mimosa x OP develops. The stretch was quite minimal for me, but yours are younger, so that will be interesting. Good luck, I'll keep an eye on your ladies. 😎😏👍
@@Papajon, when you send young plants into flowering before they show the first signs of sex, they always stretch more. Larger and older plants don’t have that urge anymore. A prime example is old mother plants. Have you ever noticed that they hardly grow in height when you give them 12/12? The hormone that young plants need to carry out photosynthesis as quickly as possible is then less strong, and the other hormones for flowering and reproduction become more active. It’s like everything in nature, just like with humans. We also need to let our bodies grow before we want to reproduce. Only when we are almost fully grown do we become sexually mature. A fundamental law of nature.
@Stony_German, only time and the scales will tell ..
Like me you've been growing since the early 90s and I'm 52 now so we've both had a few harvests...hopefully the pla ts will put on some decent buds .....let's see ....fingers crossed
Wow, I didn't have that kind of stretch with any of the 5 phenos. Hey, I think it's also a strain that grows less tall when there's less space above, but in the end, that says nothing about the quality. Good luck with the terps, buddy.
@@Papajon, M.x O.P is a producer and the buds have their weight. All top buds weighed between 5-7 g for me. I didn't want to mention the yield in my report, but 1g/watt is no problem. The two in the back had a total of 320 g, which says a lot.
@Stony_German, thanks man ....yeah let's see about the terps ...hopefully so.e good ones fingers crossed...I'm following your Humboldt strains too ...so if they're good I might follow in that direction....I have to admit to liking Barneys a lot though...like a good balance between strength and yield ...definitely open to recommendations though...
@Stony_German, thanks man I saw your grow ....really impressive...the best I've seen for a long time ...you reckon the San light is much better than lumatek zeus? I'm interested in what nutrients you're using as well. My grow is in a garden shed so hard to keep all conditions ideal and clean but it works...
