Looking a bit overwatered to me.
I find when I over water my plants their new growth gets all deformed similar to what you are seeing from the lack of oxygen in the root zone.
Try not keeping the medium fully saturated and get into the practice of better watering standards. Slowly watering and using the correct amounts. moist but not fully wet.
Also what re you feeding them? week for says "wool" and IDK what that is, then in week 5 it says next weekend your giving them some fertilizer and we are now in week 6 so guessing you may have fed them something.
Try and update the diary with what they getting fed, I think they will bounce back from this, but you will want to post the feeds and ensure they got a complete lineup of nutrition macros, N-P-K secondary macros Ca-S-Mg and micros. Micros should not be a huge thing if this is soil and not a potting mix, but the macros will deplete in smaller pots with a big plant.
