Growmie LED, 2x Ice Cream Cake + 2x pineapple chunk Barneys Farm + 2x Hella Jelly Humboldt Seeds

SteveStone A word in advance, I get to test this LED from Growmie on these plants as one of the first and I'm using it for the first time... The distance from the LED to the plant tip is just as important as the intensity... You have to find the perfect parameters first, then they grow like crazy.... Otherwise, what happened is: Not much, all seeds sprouted as previously mentioned and were repotted into 6L airpots... All 6 are stretching extremely... this was mainly because the LED was too far away... I've corrected it... I'm growing for the first time with a 4-channel LED, before it was 2 Sanlight Evos with UVA + UVB... There’s nothing to complain about the quality of the seeds so far... And otherwise, today is the 8th day since the seeds were in the soil and I've watered 100ml per pot twice so far.... I'll check back in when there's something to report...

SteveStone I’ve now put biotabs in the soil, which I haven’t had any experience with so far... we’ll see what happens :D Other than that, I’m slowly getting the hang of the light and distance, etc., but the photo with the 80% in veg is still not current... I’ve turned it down to 70%... Due to personal reasons, I’ll be away from the plants for about 8 days, and I watered each pot with 600ml the day before... The only concern I have is that I can’t adjust the distance of the light since the little ones grow relatively quickly when they’re still small... but it’s not that bad, we’ll see ^^ Nothing exciting is happening otherwise; you can definitely see that the stretching has come to an end and the stems are visibly getting thicker... I’ll check in again in a week.. until then, I wish you all the best...

SteveStone Servus,da bin ich wieder... Nach 8 tagen konnte ich endlich zurück und hatte eig befürchtungen da ich u.a. die led entfernung nicht ändern konnte... angekommen und im zelt direkt nachgeschaut ,pflanzen gehts top... Kräftig grüne blattfarbe... Ich habe die bewässert und LST bei den von barneys farm angewendet da die schneller wachsen als die von humboldt seeds company... Ich habe die plants runtergebunden bis auf die höhe von den hella jelly... Auch wenn hella jelly nicht "so schnell" wächst muss ich gestehen, die wachsen beide sehr gleich und in gleichen maßen ...also sehr schön.. Mal schauen ob ich noch toppen werde,bin davon eig kein fan... werde die wohl in ca 2w in blüte bringen... Ausserdem ist die led bis jetzt top... ich brauche dafür keine zeitschaltuhr oder sonst eine app im handy oder so... einfach alles auf dem display einstellen und led vergessen... Was noch cool wäre,wäre lichtrezepturen die man speichern könnte für zb veggi phase oder blüte,dann müsste man nicht beim timer alles seperat einstellen jedoch sind das luxus probleme ^^ Meld mich in 1 woche wieder... btw wir sind am tag 26 seit samen in erde... die fotos sind ca tag 24

SteveStone Yesterday was a special day.. The little ones are now showing their gender... I'm getting along well with the LED settings like intensity and distance, and the little ones are growing noticeably... The LED settings are current and have been set like this for about 4 days now.. The way I do LST is different... I tie down the main stem so far that another shoot becomes the main stem... if done correctly, it has the effect of topping without a second of growth stop.. You can definitely see in the photos how the shoots are growing now I'll check in again soon :)

SteveStone Hey, I'm back... a lot has been going on so I couldn't post, but I did take a few photos and this post is actually from 5+6... What happened: Basically, I just repotted, from 6L air pots to 20L fabric pots... The soil wasn't enough and I have to repot one tomorrow or the day after... I now have an additional UVA+UVB LED running because I believe that UVB not only expands the terpene profile but also increases it... Other than that, there's not much to tell, I'll be repotting the last one soon, and this coming weekend I have things to do, so starting from the week after next, Monday-Tuesday, they'll go into flowering... SteveStone Hey, I couldn't post again because of a family issue, you'd understand... I've now trimmed the plants, took off a few branches, and they've been in flowering for a few days now... Personally, I usually only count when you can see they're in flowering, but I just switched to flowering after the time change... It's getting tight in the tent, plus I won't have much height left soon and we're just at the beginning of flowering... it's going to be exciting... I'll check in again when there's something to share...

SteveStone Good day, I was away for 4 days, like most at the Mary Jane in Berlin, and since I have a long journey, I stayed one day longer... Came back, opened the tent, and the plants are jumping at me... I didn't think they would stretch this much, but it could also be due to the spectrum since I couldn't adjust the Sanlights and I've only grown with them so far... the stretching isn't even that bad in this case since the nodes have good spacing, but I have no space left at all... less than no space, I'm afraid they'll grow past the LEDs, after all, it's only been about 10 days since the time change 🤣 and as everyone should know, once the buds form, they should get light and not grow over the LEDs to the carbon filter... tying them down or whatever doesn't work either because it's too crowded, and it's the end of the stress to pull out every 20L pot and do some trimming, I have to work too...🤷🏽‍♂️ we'll see what happens... actually, this was my best grow, but having plants stuck to the LED is really anything but good... 🤣🤣 whatever, the seeds and the LED are definitely nice, I'm just a noob this time haha hope things are going better for you... I also didn't know what to photograph, I have no space to take any pictures... best regards

SteveStone Hey, we're back... After the tent got too full, the LEDs started to slowly burn the plants, and I had the exhaust turned off for three days or on and off at 27°C, which resulted in 90-95% humidity for 3-4 days in the evenings. I couldn't change that since I was away for the weekend, so I had to take action as soon as I got back... It took me about 3.5 hours to change the LEDs in the evening and several more hours to defoliate... but it was all completely necessary... One bud got burned, but it's recovering... In summary: 90-95% humidity for 3-4 days, light leak with the other LEDs since they don't have a timer (I forgot to mention that), plant burned... The trichomes on the Hella Jelly are very pronounced considering they just "went into bloom"... and they really smell like those apple rings with sugar on them from, I think, Laughing Gummies... it's really crazy that one plant can produce these smells... I'll check back in when something happens... currently about 70% humidity, 27°C temp...

SteveStone Hey, as you can see, one of the two Pineapple Chunks has hermied but just a little... I think it was from the LED, and exactly 3 bananas formed on 2 different buds, which I removed with tweezers... after 2 days, there was 1 or 2 back in that spot, and since then nothing more... Otherwise, the Hella Jelly is going off so hard... I'm not talking about the yield because that's really minimal... the smell is sooo nice, I've known for a long time that it's going to be good... the trichomes are developing on the stem and not a little... if I had the right temperatures, the Hella would be full of resin... and I'll say it again, it smells sooo nice... You can see on the other Hella that it's too hot for it, and it's developing tiny foxtail buds, which I always laughed at online and wondered how someone could grow something like that... now I know, haha. Nevertheless, I'm most excited about the Hella Jelly... The Pineapple Chunk also smells really good, similar to Hella, but Hella is more pronounced... I think if it weren't so hot, the Pineapple would develop much better, but you can't complain about the yield... And when we talk about yield, the Ice Cream Cake is going off the hardest... I found the cross between Gelato 33 and Wedding Cake the most interesting, but it smells extremely like haze, and I don't like haze, but I've also had strains that smelled like nothing, and here everything smells really good... Something new is coming soon... again for all the newbie growers, growing at this time is dumb unless you have a ton of money and can individually climate control your space... until

SteveStone Ca.37 bt Also wie man an den fotos sieht ist es im zelt zu heiss... tja,kann man nichts machen... Die Pineapple chunk hat weitere bananen gebildet und ich köpf sie jetzt... in ihr zelt wars jedoch durchschnittlich tagsüber mind. 30c ... Sie bräuchte laut breederangaben 55-60 tage blüte,heute ist der ca.37 bt... Ansonsten entwickeln die anderen sich so gut wie sie eben können mit der ganzen hitze.. Die hella jelly riecht so krass ...aber auch bei der denke ich das es eine frage der zeit ist bis die zwitter wegen den zelttemperaturen... jedoch stoppt die pflanze die harzproduktion sobald die zwittern oder bestreubt wurden und das ist bei der noch ganz weit weg... zum glück dauert laut breederangaben die blüte zeit nur 45tage und ich könnte sie theoretisch nächste woche ernten... mal gukken... Meld mich wieder wenns was gibt...

SteveStone So, here I am again... I have to say, I'm growing for the first time in Germany and I've never had these problems that I have now... First, the hermaphroditism of a plant... but I don't think it was that bad... just removed a few bananas and harvested a couple of weeks earlier ^^ Well, a few days ago I found mold on one headbud and cut it off... the next day I checked them properly and lo and behold, almost all the headbuds are rotting... but I must say they are HUGE... all except the Hella Jelly, there's not much to rot there haha, luckily in this case ^^ All the plants smell really good, the best is Hella, then Pineapple, then the ICC, in my opinion... The Hella Jelly will be harvested in a few days, I still don't know if I should just do a partial harvest... we'll see soon... Other than that, everything is going well and soon everything will be harvested... I'm experiencing mold for the first time, I've cut off all the buds that were brown inside, generously of course, but some buds feel soft instead of hard, but without brown or anything inside and the leaves are also hard to pluck... I'll keep an eye on that... I'll check in as always when there's more to share, until then adios

SteveStone The hella jelly will be harvested tomorrow, they've been in flowering for too long, they had a lot more resin and the last few days with always 30°C outside are not the best conditions for more resin production. The smell isn't as extreme anymore, but it's still fully there... I didn't have time to harvest them, but it's not a big deal. They had extreme problems with the heat, and that shows in the yield and bud structures... but quality always outweighs quantity, so it's not that bad ;) The Pineapple chunk is also really nice, it already tastes acceptable since I had to cut off a few buds due to mold and because some branches couldn't hold them anymore... I obviously threw away the rotten ones and just dried the rest, and without curing it already tastes good... let's just say, you can sense what's coming, and that's meant very positively... I'm really looking forward to it... by the way, it will also be harvested soon... I think in about 3 days... The ice cream cake had the fattest buds and the highest yield, smelled like haze and takes the longest... for my taste, haze isn't my thing, I'm a kush freak... but it still needs a bit more time, and the smell and taste can still develop... I'll keep you updated..
