They recovered quite well I think. Watered sparingly and even the small one managed to catch up a bit.

I'm having a little bit of a problem with my plants and I can't figure out what's causing it. I added an image to week 1 veg, you can see the leaves are curling down and show some red/brown spots in the center. Anybody have some advice?

Nodes look very tight.. Back off on the light for a bit. This can cause nutrient symptoms in leaf becuase it starts cannibalizing itself from too much light. Get some growth between nodes (internodes), and then adjust light as needed after that. I'd hold off on blaming nutes for anything you see until you get the plant growing properly again... if it takes a nosedive symptoms wise even with less light, then go ahead and amp that up too. the stem between nodes is your guide for light intensity.. too tight, need less... too stretchy, need more... this growth may remain tight, so assess new growth.

Judging by your diary photos, I'd say you're overwatering a tad bit.
