Grobot Just starting my diary in the 9th week, when these two freebie seeds from Twenty20 are in full flower and getting very sticky. These two are my first autoflower plants. I'm using coco coir mix from a prior grow, augmented with some worm castings and nutrients. For this grow I installed Tropf Blumat drippers, which have upped the watering game significantly. They require some babysitting but generally are an enormous improvement on hand watering or the pumped-wand approach I was using. All that to say the Cuba Libre has been watered consistently and favorably to rhizome ecosystem, but has been a little underfed. Despite the admonitions against doing much training, I did trim some understory leaves and larf-bound bud sites. This was a wise choice as now I have plants with a reasonable number of good heavy tops and not a bouquet of larfy popcorn. I think that trimming may have set back the stretch by about three days. Worth it. I'm feeding these about every 2 weeks with Gaia Green bloom mix, which I top dress and water lightly with cal-mag boosted water. I use RO water from the grocery store, which I pH balance to the range of 6.2 to 6.7. I'm anticipating harvest around 1 month from now, mid-May 2024. We shall see.
