Gruenerfinger85 Hello friends of the amazing plant. I welcome you to the first week of vegetation for the Fat Banana; it has now transitioned from the seedling 🌱 phase to the vegetation phase and is showing good growth. I'm really excited to watch this strain grow again to try out a different training method on it.

Gruenerfinger85 Hello plant friends, welcome to week 2 of vegetation. This week, the little beauty was planted in a 10L pot. She has developed very well, but I didn't expect anything less; it's a very stable genetic. RQS has done a great job. After transplanting, the plant is 13.5cm tall; she can grow and develop for a while now. In the meantime, I will see what training method I will apply to her. Of course, the Banana was watered after transplanting, but without nutrients. Otherwise, there’s nothing more to report this week so far; if the status changes, I will provide an update. Thank you so much 🙏 for visiting me in the garden, and thank you for your engagement. Feel free to visit me on Instagram or check out my other books. See you soon when something new comes up. 🏽

Gruenerfinger85 Hello my Gromies, welcome to week 7 of vegetation. Unfortunately, I’m just now getting around to updating the diary because my phone fell on the floor and I had to get a new one. The little beauty is doing excellent; I have the feeling that this strain is leaning more towards indica since she’s not as bushy as her previous siblings. This week, I decided to top her so she becomes a bit bushier and develops more side branches. Now she’s getting a little break, and afterwards, I’ll place her in the flowering room and send her into bloom. I’ll keep you updated as soon as something happens. Thank you for visiting and leaving a like!

Gruenerfinger85 Hello plant friends, welcome to week 8 of vegetation. This week, the little beauty was pruned a bit to let more light reach the flower clusters. The plant has developed very well so far, with many strong side branches and the internodal distances growing nicely and evenly. It’s also handling the nutrient dosage quite well, with no signs of deficiency or excess. I will give it a bit more time to grow so it can stretch out in height and width. We can be excited to see where this journey will take us. Thank you for your visit and your likes; if you want, feel free to check out my Instagram, I would love to see you there. Have a great start to the new week. 🏽

Gruenerfinger85 Hello my plant friends, I welcome you to this week. Not much to report, she's still growing well, showing no complaints or signs of trouble. She's growing nice and compact and bushy, the internode distances are relatively close together as are the node distances. My goal will be to achieve as many head buds as possible. Watering is done every 3-4 days along with Green Power from S&R Organics; actually, the plant doesn't need fertilizer in the watering since there's already something in the substrate. At the beginning, I mixed RQS Organic Nutrients pellets into the substrate, so it's actually not necessary to fertilize, consider it a little experiment. That was week 10, thank you very much for your visit and support, feel free to come visit me on Instagram. The community is always looking for people who live the same lifestyle or simply have the same interests and needs. See you again in week 11, until then, all the best and stay healthy.

Gruenerfinger85 Hello my garden and plant friends, welcome to week 12. The plant has become beautifully bushy and has developed a lot of leaf mass that I definitely need to defoliate so that light reaches all the flower sites. So far, I haven't been able to spot any new pests, let's hope it stays that way. As soon as the Fat Banana has formed its flowers, you can't spray neem oil anymore, then it's harder to deal with pests. The FAT Banana is still stretching, which will probably continue until next week and then it will be less. What's good to see is that the flower sites are almost all at the same height and will all receive about the same amount of light. That's it from week 13 my friends, thanks for your visit and your like, have a great week and stay healthy and cheerful.

Gruenerfinger85 Hello my garden and plant friends. Welcome to week 17! I have to apologize for the irregularity; unfortunately, it's a tough time for me right now, and I'm trying to make the best of it. I hope you can understand and have patience. Better times are coming my way, and you'll probably see and notice that again. The FAT Banana has become a really nice blooming plant, which makes me very happy, except for the stupid spider mites that have now also settled on the FAT Banana. This infestation is really nerve-wracking, but sooner or later, I will get this problem under control. The plant has reached a height of 48cm, which isn't much, but the buds have become bigger and prettier without me really having to intervene.

Gruenerfinger85 Hello friends of the garden and plant world. Welcome to week 18, the Fat Banana has formed very nice compact buds that are also covered in plenty of trichomes. The buds emit a delicious sweet floral scent that makes you want to pluck one right now to munch on it immediately. It won't be long until this lady is ripe for harvest, and what amazes me is that the Fat Banana is handling the spider mite infestation very well; she hasn't been affected in any way. In week 19, this wonderful beauty will be chopped and hung upside down. That's it for week 18, my friends. We'll see each other again when it's time to take the plant down. Until then, I wish you all the best.
