Grow medium: Top: layered with coco and perlite so it dries quicker. I thought maybe less flies if its quick to dry. Middle: In the middle I made a small whole and filled it with potting soil for kitchen herbs. The royal mix has too much nutrients for the small plant. Lower: Terraccult Royal Mix for later development of the plant It took 3 days before the seedling was out of the earth. 4th day: it grew in size and still has its husk. Set the light to 80% (80w) 22C°, 60% humid, ~2.5cm height 5th day: massive size gain overnight, threw the husk and shows its first small leaves Moved the light about 5cm closer to the plant and set to 100% (100w) to prevent stretching. 25C°, 65% humid, 4.5cm height End of Week: my plan to dry out the upper layer of the earth did not work out and I am having some flies around. Watering each 10L pot with 300ml NeemOil (5ml) and 6.1 PH at around 27C° Leaves are looking good. Plant keeps growing.

Week 2 Day 1: even more flies are showing up. The fight is on. Watered with 1L NeemOil (5ml per L) She is doing quite well. The first fan leaves are emerging but slowly. Still growing nicely. All looks fine Day 2: the flies are there and today i sprayed the earth with NeemOil (8ml per L). Covered the leaves and sprayed in the corners of my grow tent. Day 3: just checked the temps. I lost a bit of humidity (down to 50%) from turning on the fans whole day. They get about 18hrs new air and the carbon filter is also running to get the old air out of the tent. I have it outside and only the metal tube inside the tent, also i have to add fresh air from the top, my tent does not have a whole on the bottom. Turned the air of for the night and srayed some water in the tent, hoping to get more humidity Day 4: Still low humidity. Not sure what to do, its around 50%. Put a wet towel at the door. Havent watered the plants yet. First leaves are emerging. She still looks very healthy. Less flies. Need to give some Neem Oil again, maybe tomorrow. Maybe to night to up the humidity Watered each pot with 2 L ph ~6.4. Measured the weight. Some flies were running away. When the light turns off i will spray some neem oil on top of the earth. Day5: ordered a new inline fan, with less wattage and more power, which can be dimmed Day6: Checked on the plants, they are a bit deformed. I might have stressed them too much Day7: Reworked the room, carbon filter is inside now and only passive intake. Growing 5 finger-leaves Still flies around. A lot on the earth of blueberry :/ I might have overdone it with my care. I will give her a bit more time to chill. During that time, i will make the grow room as nice and comfy as possible. Ordered a few items like a digital hydrometer which shows me max and min values for day and night

sinc you are in soil, wait until you see a hint of yellow on the cotyledons, then slowly start to ramp up your fertilization. If you use the same substrate of same proportions, you can pre-empt this timing next time. Take note of when it occurs and start feeding before that point next time. Trial and error.. so many moving parts that make your environment slightly different than another garden.

Week 3 Day01: Nothing just letting her grow Day02: Gave about 200ml Neem Oil 1L .5ml. Still flies around. Installed a humid digital with temp. keeping between 24° - 27° and 40 - 70humid Day03: Sprayed some water on the leaves with micro 1.5L .2ml. Its looking very healthy and has 7 fingers Day04: Made huge steps from the last 4 days. She is speeding up it seems lets see if she likes the extra nutes .25ml micro, .5ml grow, .8ml neem 1L feed Day05:LST first time Day06:Just letting her chill. 45% humid to 52% 22C to 25C Day07:Topped after the 4th node. She is looking healthy. She seems to be very healthy. Its my first grow, so i guess she is doing fine enough for topping. Bend her down low to spread the bud sites. Ordered a Scrog which will arrive in about two weeks.

Is she a bit shallow ? Did i bend her too low ? She is only about 10cm - 11cm max. Looking healthy and keeps growing a lot the last weeks. Any tipps or insights would be nice.

looks fine.. leaves have consistent color and generally perky. Looks like normal lighting in that picture or a very dimmed grow light? if not and that is under an intense grow light, may want to back off on N or Mg as it's getting dark (plants appear paler than they actually are under intense grow lights) Make sure internodes continue to elongate at least a little bit -- don't want stertchy, but no lengthening is just as bad. When you LST or top, growth hormones spread out -- you may have more growth occurring in total, but in any one spot it may look slower than before. if the plant goes from 1 dominant top to 4-5+, it's going to take a second for the roots to be able to supply that much more growth occuring concurrently. if your were counting total new nodes per week.. you may see fewer new nodes at one one palce but should add up to more new nodes relative to expected uptick over time as growth rate is increasing upto any phyiscal limitations (pot size, et al and genetics will limit how big a plant grows and growth will slow back down again when you approach that limit, but early on it's incerasing exponentially. plant doubles every 7-10 days or so.) 2 to 4, would be +2 then 4 to 8 was be +4, then +8, +16 etc... whatever the time to double ends up being in your garden. some methods cause faster growth than others. soilless/hydro generally is the most productive way.

Week 4 13. About 12-13 cm. More LST. Spreading the leaves outward to make a little dome. Today I saw a new shoot underneath the first leaves. Overall the plant has some weired leaves and I am curious about its genetics. Maybe its just a bit (strange) special. 14. Letting her chill. I put up a humidifier to get more moisture in the air. Still working on the quirks. My tent is a 2"x2" its hard to get the humidity up and keep it that way. Right now it peeks at 60% 15. Preflower Day. OMG the first flowers are showing. I will LST her tonight to open up the bud sites. Did a little defoil on the bigger leaves, which where acting as umbrellas. Plucked the strange sprount from the bottom. It would have hindered the plant without making buds. Thinking about pruning the lower nodes on the lowest branches , as they are small. 16. LST Net arrived. Setup and torn off a piece of leaf :/ Reworked the whole grow room AGAIN. Adjusted some items to add timers. Now set the Outtake fan to active for 2 hours every 4. Light is not at 40cm with 80% 17. Chill day 18. Feed Day: Mirco .7, Grow .7, Bloom .5, TM .5 1L. She has light green leaves on top Very bushy. Did some more LST on her to open up the canopy. 19. Tucking some leaves checking on her. Its very humid today as it was raining. The outfan can not dry less than 58%

20. Checking in on her. I am happy with the LST. Has some burned spots from water. Seems to be fine. Preflowering Waiting for the stretching. Hanged the lamp a bit higher. It started to rain outside, humidity has risen over 60%. 21. So, this is the first attempt at using a ScrOG. Watered them after with 1.5L PH'd and 3ml Neem Oil (BB on the left) Light is now at 42 cm with 100%. Watered with Neem Water 3ml L with 1.3 L 22. More ScrOG. I think I might have stressed her a lot. The leaves are ruffed up. 23. Light at 40cm had to hang it higher she grew a bit. She has light tipps. Might need more nutes. Earth seems to dry faster now. [update] It was too much nutes. :/ 24. FeedDay: 2L PH'd water, Runoff was at 1.2EC which is too high, PH 6.5. So no more feed this week. (Thanks ya'll for helping me out) 25. Feed Day: 2L Water, PH’d 26. Some more ScrOG and tucking back the leaves. She starts to fatten a bit 27. Feed Day: 2L Water, PH’d. No nutes this week. A lot of tucking, I definetly have stressed her again too much. It was my first time using the net. She is forgiving but she looks ruffed up on the leaves.

@22cm & preflowering for about 4-5 days. Haven't noticed any stretching (~2-3cm) When do I start with the ScrOG and at what height should one set the net ? Also curious about defoliation: Right now, I keep tucking the fan leaves under the smaller ones. BB (left),Tangie (right)

Preferably the plant should be woven through the net and filled before it starts to flower. I suggest that you lower the net down and try to do that. Your goal is the fill the entire net with bud sites. You will be getting a massive stretch soon so you really need to be working with the plant already to start filling up the net. Hope this helps.

I have not fed her, just a bit here and there. So I do believe she starts to need her medication. Its going to the end of preflower week1. Symptoms: some light tipps and some purple at the stems. Solution: feed her P and K. could add some CalMag ? Or Still feed more NPK?

I don't see a Deficiency here. new growth can do that sometimes, I would not react to anything just yet. Everything is looking good. Keep up the veg nutrients till its done stretching and feed accordingly to what the plant is telling you. If anything the plant is saying it has to much right now. not to little. If the new growth continues to be yellow in the base of the leaves you might need to get a bit of extra runoff in the irrigations. IF you can't get runoff with the soil without overwatering it then just feed less often. give it just water one time. Good Luck!

Week 6 28. Blueberry looks very stressed from my tucking and plucking around. Sill has yellow tips might be too much nutes still. Again only water. 29. Feed Day: 2L 450ppm, .9EC, 6.4PH Today I am pretty sure it might be heat/light stress on the leaf tipps. I put the light to 30cm and 100% this should be in flower. They are still in transition that might have also caused the tipps to be burned. Also the air was SUPER DRY around 30%. She drinks 2L in 2 Days which is new. So I guess its too hot which makes her drink too much and dry out the whole room. I put the light back at 40cm still 100% and will see. I gave some nutes as last week she did not get anything and the 6 weeks of the soil should come to an end soon. RunOff was at 1.1 EC, and around 6.9PH. Have to check that more often due to possible lockout if the PH goes to high. Other than that. I see a lot of bruses and calcium on here leaves from spraying and tucking. She is very sturdy and might have stopped growing. Took of a few weal leaves from the bottom. Tucked and moved the top. This should be the last time i move the bud sites. 02. Feed Day: 2L Ph’d water. I should take more care tucking and plucking. With the ScrOG. She stopped stretching. I am not sure if she is stunted or just changing to flower. Still has yellow tipps. I keep adjusting the light. Had it at 50cm and 100% which worked. Lowered to 42 cm and 80% again

Week 7 03. Just checking. She has some ice growing on the leaves. Nothing much happening, I let her be. Spraying some water on the leaves here and there, checking on the soil. Constant 50 ~ 60% humidity 04. Feed Day: I gave her half what Tangie got. Due to still some yellow on the leaves. She still looks a bit pale. Unsure what is happening here. 05. Hanged the lamp higher to about 45 cm 80%. Top leaf is light greenish pale. Earth is dry quick. 06. Feed Day at 50% strenght 1.5L Runoff was 1.1ec, 7PH 07. Hanged the lamp even higher to about 50 cm 80%. Still green and pale less praying position 08. Not much difference she looks a bit sickly. A few buds are not developing thinking about cutting them off completly. Watered with 2L, PH 6.25, 2ml CalMag. RunOff was at 2.0 EC and 6.8PH

I am a bit lost on what is going on. I know that: - ruffed her up a bit from tucking and ScrOG. - she had some light stress, because i am unsure about height and strenght. - maybe a bit too much nutes, tipps Could you please rate this plant and give me some advice ?

Looks like the plant is doing well expect you may have experienced a slight dry back in your medium that is causing the tips to slightly burn. What happens is there is a balance of salt and water in your plant. When the plant runs out of water or is low in water, the furthest point away from the source of water are effected because they now have too little water compared to salt. Thus creating a burn on the tip because it’s the furthest part away. Often times this is also the start of a more serious event of over feeding in which there is now too much salt in the plant that the slightest bit of dryness will cause burning to happen. Also, some growers ride this razor edge of burnt tips knowing they are feeding the absolute most the plant can handle without having more serious issues. As long as you are seeing just burnt tips, this is fine. But if it progresses further then your doing more harm then good. My suggesting is possibly cut back by about 10% on the nutrients next round and feed enough to have roughly 20-30% run off out the bottom. This will rinse out any extra salts in the medium while still feeding the plant pretty well. I hope this helps.

Week 8 10. She is behind Tangie. Smaller buds, less orange pistals, even when she started to flower faster. Still some light green leaves from light burn. A few popcorn buds i would have liked to cut off. Overall i cut off too many smaller buds which I believe would not have made it. 11. Feed Day: Still no smell of blueberry or anything related to berries. More citrus like. She also got a shower with a good runoff. I am letting her sit too dry which builds up more salt than what i would like her to have. The top parts are getting dark green again. The light is at 75% and 45 cm. Overall having a hard time figuring out at what height to put my lights. Trial and error. She grows slowly. I will keep watch if she will get a lockout like tangie. More water in shorter periods. She drank around 3L before any reasonable abmount of runoff. 15. Feed Day: EC 1.1, PH 6.8, 1L Feeding She is still making bigger buds. Has a lot of amber trichomes even though the pistils are white.
