Thank you Karl! Finally we are allowed to grow some fine Kraut. Put some 00 Skunk as well as 00 Northern Lights into easyplugs and so far 3 of 4 germinated, not so bad for the beginning.

01/05/24 (Day 7): Starting to look like a actual weed plant! 02/05/24 (Day 8): Growth feels kinda slow...starting to think my humidity is too high at 80 - 90 % day & 60 -70 % night. Idk maybe I'm just too impatient. 03/05/24 (Day 9): It really feels like growth is stagnating at this point. So I turned on the exhaust fan to bring down humidity to 50 - 60 %. 04/05/24 (Day 10): Turnt up the ts1000 to 50% (75W) at 30cm in order to speed em up. I hope the plants are getting into their stride now! 05/05/24 (Day 11): Plants seem to be happy about the extra light and picking up some speed! 06/05/24 (Day 12): Northern Lights is a bit of a sleeper, other than that they seem fine! 07/05/24 (Day 13): Business as usual! Humidity varies between 50 and 80, right now it's hard to keep is constant. :/

08/05/24 (Day 14): Nothing special happening, I still feel like growth is kinda slow but it is what it is right! 09/05/24 (Day 15): First time watering with SF nematodes. 10/05/24 (Day 16): - 11/05/24 (Day 17) : no water for today and then transplant in 2 days 12/05/24 (Day 18) : looking good, the first fan leaves are coming along! 13/05/25 (Day 19): transplant into 3.5L soil, final size will be 7L, I hope I wont need to add fertilizer at any point! 14/05/24 (Day 20): Last pic for this week. Girls are looking strong and ready to be topped the next few days!

15/05/24 (Day 21): Girls received their first hair cut today! Topped above the 4th / 5th node depending on their growth, Northern Lights is a bit behind, but will get topped soon as well. 16/05/24 (Day 22): business as usual - water today 17/05/24 (Day 23): Maybe I topped too close to the new node, new shoots don't seem to look to healthy :/ 20/05/24 (Day 26): Was gone over the weekend, so no pics for last 2 days. The fastest growing Skunk did indeed only form one new shoot because I topped to close to the node, so I took one more node down, now all of them are topped over the 4th! 21/05/24 (Day 27): They are becoming rather thirsty now at the end of week 3, soon it's time to transplant again.

22/05/24 (Day 28): Last week of veg. and I tried my hand at a bit of LST. Basically just tied down the shoots to hopefully fill out the tent a bit better! Also increased light intensity (60 - 65%) while reducing exposure time to 17h to have a smooth transition into bloom! 27/05/24 (Day 33): Transplant into 7L pots + mycorrhiza (great white) 28/05/24 (Day 34): Last Day of week 4, Tomorrow I thought about switching to bloom, the Northern Lights has some deficiency though (pic 10 &11), not sure how to proceed...

Dear Community, I would really appreciate some help! I'm growing on soil only and in the last days of veg 1 of my 3 plants started to show some discoloration in light green - brown mainly on older fan leaves. I repotted to 7L, but it didn't change anything. What can I do? Thanks!

Por el color que tienen diría que es un exceso de de riego con fertilizantes y eso causa bloqueo de raíces. Lo mejor es lavar raíces y empezar los riegos con todo bien calibrado, ph, ec, etc..

Looking like a classic CalMag issue, you need to buy specific nutrients to get rid of this, else the whole plant will look like that.

It’s looking like your experience a calcium issue. These plants really use a ton of Calcium to grow and it is needed to provide them with additional calcium as they grow. Most bottles of CalMag will do, just follow the manufactures reccomended dosing. Luckily, this is one of the easier issues to fix. I hope this helps.

29/05/24 (FD 1): Switched light cycle to 12/12 despite the discoloration and put the TS1000 to 75%. Also switched to bottom watering for convenience (bottom layer of expanded clay in the pots to prevent root rot). 02/06/24 (FD 5): Installed a scrog net to keep an even canopy. Leaves are looking better again even though calmag still didn't arrive...I guess transplant showed it's effects with a bit of delay! 04/06/24 (FD 7): Added Callmag (2/3 of manufacturer dosage) into ca. 1L of water for bottom feeding.

06/06/24 (FD 09): After calmag usage 2 days ago, the northern lights shifted colour into dark green, I hope I didn't overdo it (used 2/3 of manufacturer dosage). Happy about them having more or less the same size and development though! 11/06/24 (FD 14): They grew ~10cm in the last 5 days only, reaching up to 40cm now! I'm a bit worried that they will develop a nitrogen deficit, since the first small leaves at the bottom are turning yellow, I will soon buy some Blooming nutrients just in case! For now I will switch back to top watering in the hope to activate the nutes in the (dry) top layer (~ 5 - 10 cm) of the soil!

13/06/24 (FD 16): Plants keep stretching and reached the 40cm mark for sure! More than 10cm in 7 days, I would really appreciate another week like that! Also the first buds are really coming along now, even though it seems like the 3 ladies are not fully synchronized but slightly delayed. 14/06/24 (FD 17): Gave them a bit of a feeding + photoshoot!

20/06/24 (FD 22): Stretch is about done, the smaller skunk plant decided to overtake it's sister and measures now nearly 60cm! I felt like the ladies really needed a haircut, so I gave them a nice one. Took off ~1/3 of the lower leaves + shoots and a bunch of upper fan leaves to bring down humidity & allow for a better air circulation! Weather is still quite shit and it's hard to get dry air during the night time, I just hope I have a good enough ventilation system to prevent mold... Also cranked up the mars hydro TS1000 to 100% and I hope buds will swell nicely from now on!

28/06/24 (FD 30): Bud sites seem to get bigger, but im hoping there is more to come! Also girls started drinking a lot more and I really need to feed them to deal with deficiencies! Additional to the above mentioned nutes I'm feeding a noname hardware store N fertilizer 2ml/l which seems to be working fine atm!

04/07/24 (FD 38): It feels like nothing in terms of bud growth happened in the last week's, also the northern lights shows strong N deficiencies even though I'm feeding 2ml/l noname N fertilizer + 2ml/l biobloom...maybe a pH issue? Anyway, I will be having an extra eye on her take action if it gets worse!

11/07/24 (FD 45): We are getting there! The Flowers are looking really good and they give a nice citrus smell each time I open the tent! Interesting things to note: The Skunk #2 has by far bigger and nicer buds than Skunk #1 even though during vegetative stage Skunk #1 looked stronger! The Northern Lights has formed a double bud on one cola...not sure how I feel about this. Also it's far to hot (30 - 35 °C) during the day, so I turned down the ts1000 to ~80%. Also humidity is way to high with up to 75 % during the night...there is just no source for dry air rn and I hope the ventilation inside the tent will ensure that there is no bud rot! I guess maybe 2 weeks until harvest! 15/07/24 (FD 49): Theoretically tomorrow they could be ready according to 50 - 55 day, but they need another week for sure! Looked at some trichomes under the microscope yesterday and they were clear to milky on the top bud!

19/07/24 (FD 53): Unfortunately I didn't have a lot of time the past few days and couldn't really care for the plants and today I noticed budrot in one of the top colas of the Northern lights. Completely sucks, but this is the stuff you learn from during the first grow! I cut it off and hope that it's not spreading to any other bud! I also stopped feeding anything and hope to harvest in a few days!

25/07/24 (Day 59): It's Day 93 since I put the seeds into soil and finally harvest time! Trichomes are turning amber on the upper buds so the timing is just right. I removed all big fan leaves and gave the buds a light trim in order to prevent mold since I am still worried about that. (Very rainy and humid summer this year) Final yield: 127 g for 3 plants! Skunk #2: 43,83g Skunk #1: 49,5g Northern lights: 33,8 plants (since I had to discard 2 top colas) (50g trim & popcorn buds for some dry sift hashish) Ca. 0,85g/Watt Im really happy with how everything turned out,, the Northern lights smells a bit like hey tbh, but I hope after 2 weeks of curing taste and smell will improve!
