That looks more like a mechanical damage, or did you sprayed something while lights on? It looks alike whenn you spray during lights on the magnifying effect will burn holes in the leaves.

It looks like something got you good. I have had very good luck with using neem oil, it seems to prevent bugs from coming in very well.
If you have bugs on them currently then your best bet is to use an insecticide or and all natural insecticide to remove them while you can before you get into flower. Keep checking on them as well because they can keep coming back unless you have good preventative measures in place
