Nice buds and crystals forming. I defoliated the topped/lst'd plant and lollipopped the smaller sites

Anyone have any idea why I got so many small plants? My plants are typically over 100cm. I planted 10 about the same time and all of them are under 45. Strains I've grown before with much larger plants. I could understand 1 or 2 being small due to pheno but not all of them.

Hi @IGAutoGrower! Your environment conditions and your feedings seem fine. My guess is that your HID light is out of order. Over the time, usually 6-12 months, HID bulb's efficiency decrease, because of the huge voltage pulse it gets each time the lamp turns on. The age of your ballast can also explain why the light's PAR efficiency has dropped. Finally, the temperature in your grow room has a role to play, indeed, HID bulbs are built to work in a defined temperature range, basically they need heat to reach their optimal spectrum and brightness, and a cold air coming onto the bulb can cause a noticeable reduction in it's efficiency. How old is your HID bulb, how many hours have you been playing with? Same question for your ballast? Do you have a fresh air intake coming onto the light? Hope this will help, keep us up-to-date and happy growing 👊

To me your plants seem ok based on what I see in you're diary you might be feeding them to much . I can see some yellowing on the lower leaves leading me to believe your are feeding to much and getting locks outs because of it . This might also lead to stunts in growth because the plant is stressing out to much . Nothing really to be concerned about tho , I would just reduce the amount of times you feed with nutrients and feed PH corrected water in between feedings . I'm not sure how strong your light is because its not written in the stats but what I do see is that your light is really really close to your plants . The 2 plants might not be getting enough light as a result they are growing more dangly the your other one . I might suggest getting a stronger light in the right spectrum and having it dialled in at 20 inches away from your ladies this should help promote the growth of a kick ass canopy loaded in tops , I also see that you have topped them although topping is common practice with auto flowering strains can stunt growth big time as its hard to judge when the plant is actually going to start pre-flower . I'm not saying it can't be done I'm simply saying done at the wrong time can cause HUGE stresses that your plant does not want . Over all you just got a few things to think about and dial in and you will be rocking and rolling cause based off of what I see you're already in good shape and well on your way . I hope this information helps you ! -Happy Growing!

Height doesnt mean much, what matters is the number of nodes and tops. If all the plants are affected it's possible that it is an environment issue, like low temperature. Over watering can seriously affect growth too. Check your light distance too, there are some really stretched plants in the pictures

The plant in the front is a big one....for 4 weeks she looks great. the 2 in the back?? humm, maybe letting them to long in a small pot before transplanting=? iam just guessing. and they look totally different to the one in the front. and yes they are kind a leggy looking for more light, but dont be sad. Iam sure the one in the front gonna be a very nie one, and the 2 in the back are just begun to grow they surely will be bigger but no giants at all. but how athos already said, number of nodes and tops are counting. Ive been looking through your diaries....and in my opinion you got a l ack of light. the plants are leggy and stretched. and iam just guessing the wattage of your lights I wont blame the plants or the seeds. Greetings

well I moved both lights down. you missed the space I had 5 one gram plants cause they got root bound. My last few plants ranged from 25-35g.I am going to start using smart pots from now on hopefully they help

@IGAutoGrower, well ok i dont know what success youve had before, but 51 gram of an automatic plant is not toooo bad. And to your setup.. its the same size of growroom the same amount of plants=? and you changed your bulbs=? For me the girls look like they are searching for light leggy and stretchy. Mayvbe its the distance ?

@Mrs_Larimar, Hmmm I got 2 630w DE CMH lights in my room. Set at 2 different heights. With an area that overlaps. I cant lower the taller one atm cause I have a 110cm skunk plant. I can lower the shorter one a little. They went directly into 3 gallon pots cause awhile ago I had 5 plants start budding cause they got root bound at 10 cm. I had 5 1 gram plants :( Temperature is at 24c during the day and about 20 during the night. I know for sure I dont overwater. I still find it hard to beleive its the lights as I have been growing with the lights set where they are at for the last 6 months

i know its no kind answer, but iam getting a little upset if ppl acting like that.. blaming the seeds or the companies or anyone else for the look of their plants. think about stacking up your LIght or maybe just reducing the distance of your lights. the girls look healthy and quite happy . your handling with nutrients is a good one , looking like a good soil. you dont overwater the girls ( i think so) . just a lack of Light

@Mrs_Larimar, I hope the first part of this comment isnt directed towards me because I never blamed the company or the seeds. Ive grown all of these strains before with much better results. I did manage to lower both lights some. This still answer my question though. Ive been growing autos under the same setup for 9 months and all of a sudden i have 9 plants all under 45 cm. I rarely have plants under 60. I forgot to mention that the plant in the front has been severely topped and trained. Thats why it looks so different.

Hi bro, thanks for sharing a new diary with one of our strains ;) Don't worry about the size, they are going to grow some more, and I think they will be great plants. We hope you enjoy it, Sweet smokes! Jaypp

I've grown this plant before. It ended up being about 60 cm of some amazing smoke. I need to try the xxl next time.

Thanks for the time and effort. I'm using 2 top of the line lec lights which last alot longer than most hid. 1 light has 8 months constant use the other has 4 weeks. I have my grow room door open all the time so it gets fresh air from my house. Its -10c outside right now so venting from the outside isn't an option
