English text below Keimlinge: woche 1 bis 2 Am 26.04 habe ich die Wasserglas-Methode angewendet und die drei Samen in ein Wasserbad gelegt. Innerhalb von 24 Stunden sind alle drei Samen gekeimt. Am 27.04 wurden die Keimlinge in EazyPlug mit den Maßen 3,5 × 5 H cm umgesetzt. Dort erhielten sie einen Schluck Wasser mit Terra Aquatica Root Booster und Glückspilze Mykorrhiza Soluble. Ab dem 28.04 habe ich eine neue Beleuchtung für das Wachstum verwendet: die Secret Jardin TLED mit 25 Watt (3x). Am 01.05 waren die Keimlinge bereits 3-4 cm groß und erste Wurzeln waren am Boden sichtbar. Ich freue mich sehr über ihren Fortschritt und bald werden sie in ihre neuen Töpfe umziehen können. Am 03.05 war es endlich soweit, die Damen wurden in Bio Nova Light Mix Erde gepflanzt. Jeder Topf hatte ein Fassungsvermögen von 0,5 Litern, was den Pflanzen ermöglicht, kräftige Wurzeln zu entwickeln und etwas größer zu werden. An diesem Tag habe ich auch die 2-Liter-Töpfe vorbereitet. Hierfür habe ich Bio Nova Light Mix mit 2g Erdkraft und 4g Pflanzenkohle pro 2 Liter Erde gemischt. Am 04.05 ist P2 umgefallen. Um den Phänotyp am Ende bestimmen zu können, habe ich die Pflanzen in P1, P2 und P3 markiert. Alle wurden stabilisiert und gebunden, bis der Stamm das Gewicht des Dachs alleine tragen kann. Der Ventilator wurde auf die höchste Stufe gestellt und die Luftfeuchtigkeit erhöht. Gleichzeitig wurden sie an diesem Tag mit Trichoderma und Mykorrhiza-Sporen behandelt. Heute, am 10.05, wurden die Pflanzen mit Terra Aquatica Root Booster, Terra Aquatica Seaweed und Superthrive Vitamin Solution bewässert. Alle Pflanzen stehen nun wieder eigenständig und haben an Kraft gewonnen. Leider habe ich wieder einmal Thripse im Haus, daher habe ich heute eine Behandlung mit BAC Vital durchgeführt. In order to be able to determine the phenotype at the end, I marked the plants in P1, P2 and P3. All were stabilized and tied until the stem could support the weight of the canopy on its own. The fan was set to the highest setting and the humidity was increased. At the same time, they were treated with Trichoderma and mycorrhizal spores that day. Today, May 10th, the plants were watered with Terra Aquatica Root Booster, Terra Aquatica Seaweed and Superthrive Vitamin Solution. All the plants are now standing on their own again and have gained strength. Unfortunately, I have thrips in the house again, so I treated them with BAC Vital today.
