xhibo My second strain this season is an "Auto Amnesia" from Linda Seeds (€2/Seed), as I also want to test a more sativa-leaning strain. Germination took place within about 2 + 2 days in the Jiffy, which I then transferred to a slightly larger seedling pot. For a greenhouse, I'm initially using a repurposed, sterilized cotton candy bucket :D For the first 14 days, it will spend time under 2x 10W Sansi LED lights due to the currently poor weather, along with a larger Quick One. 20.05.24: 51mm tall and 15mm wide 21.05.24: 58mm tall and 22mm wide 23.05.24: 6cm tall and 42mm wide. Today is the last day of the first week. Unfortunately, I had the indoor lamp a bit too close at first, which is probably why there's a strange discoloration. I measured it again with the iOS app PPFD Master (with LED 4000K) and adjusted the height.

xhibo So far only grown under artificial light May 28: I was under the impression that the seedling was past the worst of it and placed the LED lamp accordingly close. Poor thing got burned right away :( May 29: Today it looks even more chewed up, hopefully it will recover.

Light stress (image of 28.5.): is it likely that my plant will recover?

Yes it should recover but give it enough time to do so. It is likely you have stunted it a little so don’t be alarmed if you do not get much growth for the next week. Move the light further away for sure. The first few weeks they do not require much light at all. In fact if you have a smartphone, I would download a PPfD app and take a measurement. You want to be around 300 PPfD right now. Hope this helps.

xhibo 31.5.: She's slowly growing despite the burn. But for now, she stays under artificial light. 03.06.: Apparently, the burn hardly bothered her. I removed the severely damaged leaf.

xhibo The plant is doing great. It's producing a lot of leaves, but it has hardly any height growth. That makes LST difficult, but I'm really just complaining at a high level.

xhibo So far, the auto amnesia is developing the best. I've already defoliated larger sunshine several times, and with the LST, it stays nice and flat and is well lit.

Week 6. Flowering

xhibo This strain is definitely more fun than the RQS QuickOne, even though I actually thought these Linda Budget Seeds weren't that great. But it's probably also a bit because I grew this plant under artificial light for a long time and directly gave it a 4-gallon fabric pot. D45: Aside from the stretching, there are still no real signs of pre-flowering.

xhibo I really can't say anything bad about this strain. However, I have a few yellow leaves, which I find a bit early in the flowering phase that started on 01.07.2024. According to Linda Seeds' website, the flowering lasts 8-10 weeks, so the earliest I'll get something is by the end of August.

xhibo Looks good, I added a bit more N fertilizer and the Amnesia is looking healthy again. I'm open to guesses on the harvest weight (dry), as I have no experience in that area. 07/23: Unfortunately, there are a few yellow leaves again, but I believe this is part of the natural ripening process. There’s definitely only BioBizz Bloom+TopMax left.

Is this still a nitrogen deficiency?

It doesn't really look like a proper deficiency, more like a natural progression. Do you generally feed the lady? BTW: looks great! Keep it up!

I don't think it's a deficiency; otherwise, the symptoms would be visible all over the plant. I believe it's a natural process where the plant sheds its less useful leaves.

That can happen during the flowering stretch, yes. It's a nitrogen deficiency, but no problem. The plant has cannibalized itself, as mentioned, to keep the upper parts healthy. I wouldn't worry about it, just trim the leaves if they die off. There's not much you can do since your plant mainly needs phosphorus and potassium in the next few days, so there's no point in feeding it again now. Just enjoy that the rest is healthy, the leaves are unnecessary anyway👌 Have a relaxed weekend, feel free to message me privately if you want. Bottom right👍

xhibo It's going pretty well, but unfortunately I'm a bit worried about mold due to the humid weather. I won't be around next week (there's someone to take care of it), hopefully it will be harvested after that. 08/04: yellow leaves removed. Last time fertilized, from tomorrow only water will be given.

xhibo Yesterday it happened. After my return from vacation and the extreme temperatures, I took a look with the magnifying glass and was able to find plenty of amber-colored trichomes. The plant was roughly trimmed in 2 hours and the individual branches were hung on a "clothesline." Full-plant hang wasn't possible due to the massive plant. Update: 114g dry

Be careful with flowering nutrients, it looks more like a nitrogen deficiency to me. I would rather use a balanced fertilizer (NPK 424 or 433 or something like that). You don't want to end up with phosphorus over-fertilization. Otherwise, it looks great!

Good luck, looks great! Yellow leaves from the bottom mean that your lady needs nutrients. You can definitely fertilize a bit.
