Itās really hard to make that call with just a picture of the plant. Itās best to look at multiple things but most importantly is the colors of the trichomes. The consensus is to harvest when you see roughly 10-20% amber and the rest mostly cloudy. That is your best way to tell if it is ready to cut.
The colors of the pistols also is a good sign as well. When nearly all the pistols are not white anymore then itās usually close to harvest but your checking of the trichomes is always the best.
As for what the breeder says, I never follow that to a T. Itās always a rough timeframe and I actually find that most of my plants go over the said time. In your case, in autoflowrs there are so many variables to it that make that timeframe nearly impossible to hit with every seed.
So my sugggestion is to get a jewelers loop and check them trichomes.
Hope this helps.
