ZenFlora In the first week, the little Epsilon was only watered when the rockwool cube was almost dry. The cube should only be moist when planting the seed and squeezed out as much as possible. The thing falls apart quickly, so be careful 😅. Watering was only done once after germination. A pipette was used to drip about 15 - 20 ml of water with a pH of 5.85 from the bottom onto the cube. I used a clean seedling pot with a dome as a container, placed the transparent dome in the pot, and set the cube inside. At least it gave me the feeling that I was protecting the roots a bit from light while still being able to quickly check how the roots were doing. When the roots penetrated the rockwool cube, it was repotted. This can be seen in week 2. Also my homemade DIY system 😅 (prototype).
