Sickone New grow, new experiences! This time the scouts found their way into my garden. Jiffys weighed about 28.5g wet Then I made a little hole and placed the seed inside. Covered it with soil, added 2-3 spritzes of water on top, into the pot it goes, and covered it with plastic wrap with air holes. Let's see how long it takes for the ladies to see the light of day. Edit: Wednesday, May 29 1st GsC lady has seen the light of day Then I put all the Jiffys into the final 15L pot. Edit: Thursday, May 30 2nd GsC lady has also seen the light of day.

Sickonestarted grow question 2y ago
Hello Growmies! Since I suspect that I watered too little but too often during my first run, I want to do it right this time and came across a formula of 1/3 water. So can I work with 5 liters of water starting next week (nutrient addition)?

Hey, how's it going? I give about 500ml of water every 2-3 days until around week 4/5. If that's too little, you can always add more. Once the plant is a good size, I give 10-15% of the pot volume every 2-3 days. ⅓ of the pot volume is too much for soil. If the soil is too wet, it can negatively affect growth and also cause root problems.

It looks like one of two things is happening here. 1) Genetic mutation causing the plants leaves to look deformed during the first week or two of growth. In most cases, they grow out of it and new leaf production looks fine. 2) Damage was done to the leaf during the time it spent developing and you are seeing the results of this. Either way, I think you are ok and should continue to grow this plant. I hope this helps.

Sickone Here we go into week 2 Both ladies are making good progress, but I suspect one of them has a mutation. Fertilized today at the start of the week according to the schedule, calmag as a preventive measure. Update Saturday: Conclusion of the week: both ladies have made good progress, they are about 14cm tall and have formed good internodal distances so far.

Sickone And now the 3rd week of the ladies begins. So far, they have made very good progress, even though one lady is showing some very strange growth. The good ones get 500ml of pH-reduced water every 2-3 days and about 0.3-0.5ml of CalMag once a week as a preventive measure.

Sickone Next week opens up for the scouts as well. Both ladies are making excellent progress; I really like both the spacing of the "nodes?" and the growth and color of the ladies. With one lady, I helped a bit by gently moving the future shoots through the fan leaves so they get light early on and hopefully continue to grow at the same height as they have been. With the other lady, I'm experimenting a bit with how it affects the harvest if I "tie" some shoots down to generate more light exposure, but that's not so easy with her since she has a damn wild growth pattern that's not clearly recognizable to me as a newbie due to her mutation. More info/pictures will follow throughout the week since not much has happened from yesterday (Sunday) to today. 🌱 Update Monday evening: First signs of the flowering phase discovered. Let's do it! 🍃💚

I'm currently growing with Biobizz too. My tip: add 0.3 ml/L of CalMag preventively starting from the 2nd or 3rd week. They would handle 80-85% of the feeding schedule better, don't skip the Grow! But they can take light endlessly. With the Biobizz schedule, I skipped the 3rd and 5th flowering weeks since they should be done after 9-9.5 weeks. Good luck!

@Own_Tomatillo, thank you very much for the tips, CalMag will definitely be organized as a precaution in the coming days. Unfortunately, one lady has already suffered quite a bit because of this.. Regarding the nutrients, I will evaluate this round to see the results ;). I will also keep an eye on your report, Good Luck & Happy Growing 💚

Very cool grow, very nice (of course only 3 😉) legal ladies ❤️ Is there a reason you weighed the Yiffies exactly at 28.5g during germination? Otherwise, have a good grow and successful harvest 🌱🌳💪

@BakedPotato42O, Thank you, Master! Of course, it's only 3 ladies per person; we want to stick to the law 😜. There's no special reason, I'm just always a bit more cautious about the humidity, don’t want my ladies to drown before they see the light of day.
