@Polodk, Thank you man! Yes its exactly that! I don't veg for most of the grow under those lights. Typically i'll start using the light after transplanting and i'll let them veg for 10days or so and would always try to keep 30-45cm distance @ 50%. I'll go up to 75% after 1st week of flower, and 100% at 3-4 week. Right now I can't go any higher and some buds are around 20-30cm away from the light.
