Welcome back Growmies!
I decided to pop some 420 Fastbuds Purple Lemonade FF. I havent decided yet, but what I might do is, grow one plant in the 2.3x2.3 and 4 in the 4x4. Really going to come down to my other current grow I have going on in the 4x4 that I didn't create a diary(Seedsman White Widow and Sweet Seeds Green Poison) of. I really didn't want the "pressure" of maintaining the diary for that grow. BUT this one I do think will be a really nice grow for the summer.
All of the seeds popped tap roots within the first 24 hours, 2 of them were exceptionally long. From there, I added them into some Pro-Mix HP and the seed starter pots. As of today, 4 out of 5 seeds have pushed through with the 5th one on it's way. I am excited to see how different these ladies may be with pheno expressions or even how similar they might turn out to be.
I still plan on growing these ladies out using "synganic" methods, but I do plan on using roughly 30% worm castings opposed to 1 cup mixed in. Besides that slight change, everything else will remain the same as far as top dressing and using synthetic nutrients.
It feels good to be back sharing content with you guys even if it's only been 22 days since my last diary ended.
Anywho, thanks for stopping by, commenting and liking. I will see you growmies next week!
Welcome back to another week!
I wound up losing one of the ladies, I actually expected it. It popped it's tap root and started to make a push to breech the surface and then stalled. I could see a little bit of the cotyledon peaking through, but when I removed it, you could see where it damped off from the tap root. I did want 5 plants total, but it'll be more managable with 4 as it'll give me the option to dry in my 2.3x2.3 and also start something else.
So far I'm at 5 for 7 with germination with FastBuds. I will say, these ladies do seem like they are aggressive in terms of growth.
The Pro-Mix started to get pretty dry, so I watered them with some water with roughly about 1.75 mL of CaliMagic per gallon.
I am really excited to see how these ladies turn out. Plenty of diaries showing some amazing Purple Lemonade ladies.
Anywho, thanks for stopping by!
Until next week, have a good one growmies!

It has been the week of PURE FUCK UPS, I honestly do not know how I dropped the ball so damn bad. They went too long in the starters, and I was also cranking them with 4-500 PPFD, underwatered....
They have started to recover, I have adjusted the light back down and they were transplanted on Day 10.
They have been transplanted into the 1 gallon AC Infinity pots with 70% Promix HP, 30% worm castings and a tbsp of Dr. Earth's Home Grown and a tbsp of Flower Girl.
Next watering I will hit them with some Recharge.
While I'm not quite out of the water yet so to speak, I can tell these ladies will do just fine and bounce back with hopefully no issues.
It's kinda funny, I've been anticipating a fuck up in my grow for a while now and hopefully this is it.
Thanks Growmies for stopping by, liking and commenting. See ya next week!
The rate that these ladies recovered has me super excited about this grow. They all are almost tall enough to start LST, maybe in a few days or a week. They are also almost ready for a topping, with all of them working on their 5th to 6th nodes.
Each lady got roughly a half gallon of recharge watered in at 6.7 pH. The light has also been slowly adjusted back up so currently all the ladies are getting around 300 ppfd.
Since getting everything dialed in they way it should be, it's been smooth sailing. Super stoked for this grow again!
Growmies, thanks again for stopping by, commenting and liking. Also, stop by and say hello so I can check out what you got going on in your garden!

This week each lady had been topped, there was 2 with 6 nodes and 2 with 7 and then tied down for some lst. I released them to water in some recharge and each lady received about a half gallon of recharge and were also top dressed with 2 tbsp per gallon of Dr. Earth HomeGrown.
After I gave them the initial dose of recharge, the nutrient uptake took off and they started developing a calcium deficiency. The received 5ml per gallon of CaliMagic to help with the deficiency, and to give time for the top dressing to break down.
I trimmed up all the big fan leaves to help promote new growth. They will be transplanted to 5 gallon pots most likely mid week and I will lollipop at the beginning of the last week of veg.
I've also been ramped up the light to get them ready for flower. Theyre getting around 500 ppfd.

The ladies have been transplanted into their final containers and they have absolutely taken off since the transplant. I transplanted them just at the right time, managed to avoid them getting root bound and I could just start to see the roots breach the bottom of the soil.
I mixed Pro-Mix HP with about 30% worm castings and 2 tablespoons per gallon of media of Dr. Earth Homegrown and Flower Girl for a total of 5 tablespoons each. I watered them in with some recharge and they have loved every bit of it.
I might "over veg" these ladies as the 4x4 still isn't ready. I'm going to do some lollipopping this upcoming week and I'll continue to LST and some HST, hopefully it'll slow them down just enough before the flip.
I can tell they are going to be some tent fillers!
Thanks again for those that stopped by, liked and commented. Until next week growmies!

It's been a rough week for 3 out of 4 of the ladies. They are showing signs of a few deficiencies, which leads me to belive I need to top dress earlier than every 3 weeks.
They need to be trained some more, defoliated and have the deficiencies clear up before flipping to flower. They are getting too big for the 2.3x2.3 at this point and should be going into the flower tent by mid next week as long as they look decent.
I fed them some calmag and recharge, hopefully in the next day or two they'll look a bit better I can continue with the training. Worst case scenario I will hit them with some of the Flora trio if it gets too bad. If anyone has any additional suggestions about the deficiencies, please do not hesitate to drop a comment. I appreaciate any help anyone is willing to give.
Thanks again for stopping by, commenting and liking. I'll see ya growmies next week.

It's been a difficult week of getting ahead of the issues these ladies are dealing with. I hit them with the flora series at a proper dose for the week and stage of growth. I can tell some of the phenos are heavy feeders. I also can tell the recharge has had affected nutrient uptake. I also top dressed 2 out of 4 for flowering. They have also been flipped to flower and placed under the 6-Bar 680W Mammoth Lighting Mint White Series with Emerald Green Canna Spectrum.
The smell of these ladies is already fairly stinky with no bud development, so I can already tell how stinky these ladies are going to be.
This grow is not necessarily going the way I wanted it to go, considering I overvegged them due to another grow. Had a storm roll through knock out the power for a full veg day.
Either way I'm thankful these 4 ladies are still kicking and hopefully they'll produce some beautiful buds for harvest.
Until next week growmies!

My focus has been ripped away from this diary unfortunately due to a sewer main issue I encountered. This has thrown my uploading and pictures waaaay off.
I'll still do my best to show the ladies, they are doing fantastic compared to what you'll see this week.
The ladies are flowering under the 6-Bar 680W Mammoth Lighting Mint White Series with Emerald Green Canna Spectrum...... That's a mouthful but as this is my 2nd grow with it, I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it. If you're in the market for a new light, I HIGHLY recommend it.
Wish I had more to report, since this plumbing issue really pushed a lot of things back.

These ladies have been flourishing despite all of the set backs and deficiencies.
The dehumidifier is working around the clock to keep the humidity under 60%.
Watering nearly every 2 days and top dressing roughly every 2 weeks to stay ahead of deficiencies as it seems like these ladies are consuming as much nutrients as possible.
I will be pulling the frostiest one about two weeks early, as I want to process it for hash and rosin.

These ladies are pretty much on cruise control, I have top dressed them for potentially the last time, 8 tbsps of Flower Girl and 2 tbsps of Home Grown. I also did a light defoliation to expose some of the lower buds and to increase airflow.
One pheno is finishing off much faster than the rest, and I have dubbed it my hash plant. I will chop her early compared to the others and fresh freeze the buds. I plan on doing a few hash runs once the outside temperature starts to dip down near the 40s and 50s(I'm talking Freedom units).
I will also be popping some new beans here sooner than later, from a company that I haven't grown yet. My goal as a grower is to just continously try new genetics to see what I really enjoy growing the most.
The amount of citrus that is emanating from the tent is glorious. This should be another nice harvest even with taking a plant early for hash.
I am about a week and a half behind on this diary, so I will do my best and get all caught up. But as the days go by, the ladies keep looking lovely.
Thanks for stopping by growmies!

It is pretty much smooth sailing from here on out. Watering every 2 day and removing and dying leaves. 2 out of the 4 phenos look amazing with great bud structure. The other 2 phenos started to foxtail, which is odd because the other ladies are much closer to the light.
For all of the issues I've had to deal with the ladies, I have to say, they are very resilient.
I have also identified my hash plant and I will be pulling her sooner than later.
Not much else to report this week, so we'll just keep on keeping on.

These ladies are on autopilot mode until the end.
Not much to report on these ladies, buds are stacking, trichomes are turning cloudy. Everything is looking real good and smells amazing.
Still a few weeks away from harvest but we are almost there.

I have pulled the frostiest of the ladies, as she was leaning heavily. This will be my hash plant, which I ended with roughly 400 grams wet after trimming. She has been thrown into the freezer and will wait until outdoor temps dip down, I'm planning on making hash outdoors for fun.
These other ladies are a few weeks out and are receiving only water.
I apologize for not having more pictures, but life has been interesting lately to say the least.
That's about it for this week, thanks for stopping by, commenting and liking.
Until next week growmies!

We are still smooth sailing with these ladies. All I am really doing is watering and maintaining my environment at this point. Keep humidity low around 45-50%. I do have foxtailing on 2 out of 4 of the cultivars, which is somewhat interesting.
Based on the trichomes, these ladies are roughly a week out from harvest. They are packing on weight like crazy. I will say, the cultivar I chopped early seeemed like it matured much faster compared to these other 3. Either way, the tent is smelling very citrusy.

Alots of leaning ladies this week and not enough garden wire to tie all the ladies up, either way the trichomes are looking great and are right where I like them to be.
I only weigh 1 plant wet which was the one I processed for hash, which was around 400 grams trimmed. The remaining 3 ladies have a lot of great big. dense buds.
The smell is very similar to a citrus cleaner. After about 10 to 14 days we will have these ladies trimmed up and ready for jars.
Thanks to all the growmies out there who stopped by, liked and commented!
Until the next grow!
