Es war eine sehr heiße Woche und die Temperaturen heizten alles zu stark auf. Die Abluft war ungünstig gelegt und ebenso keine gute Zuluft. Auch musste nun ein Ventilator her, um Hotspots zu verhindern. Nichts desto trotz haben die Pflanzen das gut mitgemacht.
Vor allem aber hat sie sich erholt und produziert seit ein paar Tagen jede Menge neue Blätter

Hello Obelix, you need to place your lamp higher to create more space in between the nodes. The plant doesn't feel urgent to grow taller because she get's (more than) enough light already.
I would let it grow naturally first and cut away leaves that are stacked on eachother when the plant is a but taller and stronger (5-6 nodes tall).

Thanks for your answer! Its my first grow and too much light sounds like something i have to deal with since day 1. I didnt find the sweet spot for the amount of light. Is there something like a golden rule for distance and intensity?
