Started Banana blaze in 1st week of April, updating it now (already in week 8), My new air pots and the packet from dutch passion arrived at the same time so just threw one seed in the pot.
Till mid may they were growing outdooe with 8-9 hours of direct sunlight and approx 14-15 hours of daylight. From week 5 it's under 24 hours light schedule.
My best auto grow till date, learned a lot from mistakes in previous grow.
Didn't took many pics as I knew I over handled my 1st grow. I actually kept this away from my reach, may be that's the reason it grew bigger. But light and warmer days were a major factor tbh.
Added root juice in this grow
Was doing okay this was exactly after 20 days from the last pic. I will surly go indoor with autos as I know how the autos I planted 2 weeks ago are doing in 24 hours light.
May 21, That's how it looked 6 weeks from the seed, I believe I got a longer veg was lucky. Would have gotten massive plant if I would have gone for indoor from start. The pics in later weeks are sexy (I don't have any other word XD).
Will grow this again once I get the first run of this season done.
Note : I had to go from 18 hours to 20 hours to 22 hours and now I have put it under a 24 hours light also in may end I completed my setup.
So keeping that in mind I am really happy with this one.
This is 14-17 days from the previous pic. I had some issues with my drive, and all the pics for the journal folder are not organized. Plus, I’ve planned to keep regular updates on this diary from this week. They are on a 24-hour light cycle now.

This is what I have from today, my tallest auto, and it’s still growing. The buds are yet to be formed properly, but from my previous experience, I know plant will get a little bigger. I removed small branches that were not getting any light (they were really small and turning yellow).
Really happy with this – this is what I was expecting to grow, and I’m getting so close to my version 1.2 (1st run of the season, 2nd grow XD, as they were in soil before, Frisian Dew version 1.3 XD).
I will definitely grow this from the start under a 24-hour cycle for sure.
Really happy with the progress of my auto Banana Blaze from Dutch Passion! This Indica is the tallest in my collection, even double the size of the Skywalker. It started outside for four weeks and now it’s under lights for about 23 hours a day. I increased the light gradually from 18 to 24 hours. The change has made my plant reaching to nearly the size like those amazing ones you see on Reddit and grow diaries. Haha still a lot to learn may be will also upgrade lighting for winters.
I’ve changed how I feed it because I used too much nitrogen before. Now I’m just using potassium and phosphorus from the BioBizz Bloom and Top-Max nutrients. I also started defoliating a bit because it was too bushy. I removed some inward-turning leaves to help it grow better. Unlike my AutoCritical Origin Skywalker, which I didn’t defoliate and noticed smaller buds at the bottom, I’m being careful not to overdo it with this one. I’m just taking off one leaf a day and seeing how it goes the next day. It’s working well so far, touch wood, and I can’t wait to see how it turns out in the next one and a half to two months.
