In the last 4 hours of the light cycle, my plants wilted greatly.
I calculated the DLI value, and it turned out that I was overfeeding the plants with light.
I turned down the light from 75,000 lux to 50,000 lux. Plants like this mode better; they look cheerful almost all day long!
