GuavaBoy I just planted two Guava Auto seeds from Fast Buds. I’m using BuildASoil light recipe in 3 gallons. I used 1 cup of water for each pot, made a hole, put some Mykos, watered it in a bit then planted the seed. Any ideas when I should top dress it? I was told it should be good with this soil for at least the first 30 days. Should I use Craft Blend week 4 or 5? What’s the dose and how often? Just once? Same goes to BuildABloom and BuildAFlower. Should I use those as well? When, dose and how often? Just once? Is all of that too much or what should I use? Let’s see how this goes. It’s my first grow.

Build a soil has a schedule for all their amendments and when they're called for on their website. As well as Jeremy's youtube catalogue being a plethora of knowledge regarding his products.

From what I understand - the seed has enough nutrients stored to get through the first few weeks without any supplemental nutrients. If you plant into 'hot' or nutrient-rich soil, there's a chance you'll burn the plant with toxicities e.g. Nitrogen. Please take note - I have no experience with using your line of amendments, but I would wait to feed for a couple weeks at least. As long as your potting soil has enough drainage and has optimal moisture level to germinate, the plant will do the rest on its own. Also be sure to provide enough humidity and keep the little seedling in optimal temperature range - as they're vulnerable in their infancy. Good luck! Excited to see your progress.

GuavaBoy Just planted 4 new seeds. 2 Guava Autos from Fast Buds and 2 Sticky Souls from Brothers Grimm. I’m going to start them under a 300W light for a few weeks then transplant outside. I gave them 4oz of water each until run off. I planted the germinated with some Mykos. I hope this works out. I didn’t give up. Stay tuned.

GuavaBoy Day 15 ready for the transplant tomorrow. Just watered each with 1/3 cup of water. It was the first watering since the initial one 15 days ago. My basement is very humid. All 4 are growing pretty strong. The 2 on the left and right are the Guavo Autos and the other 2 are Sticky Soul Photos. They will continue their life outside starting tomorrow. Day 16 and all 4 plants have been transplanted into their final 3 gallon pots. What I did was water each cup yesterday with 1/3 cup of water. Today I drilled some holes in the 3 gallon pots. I filled it with a small amount of build a soil light mix and the rest with happy frog. I poured 2 cups of water into the new soil. I made a hole. I added 2tbspns of Mykos to each pot. I slid the plants out of the cups into the hole. I watered those in with 3 cups of water each. A little ran off through the bottom. I’m going to keep them in the shade for a few days then toss them in the sun. Stay tuned! Day 20 and we are looking really good. Check the video above.

GuavaBoy Day 30 and this is the day after using Recharge. Only a day later and I notice some changes. Supposedly after 2-3 days you notice a big difference. We’ll see. I watered about 6-7 cups of water in each pot until run off. Looking forward to the new growth. Day 31: The first two to the left are autoflowers. They seem to have less branches below compared to the photos on the right. Will they continue to grow branches over the next few weeks? I love how they look for my first grow. Just curious

GuavaBoy Day 36 and I just top dressed with Gaia Green lastnight. I went with 50/50 purpose and bloom at 1bspn in a 3 gallon so that’s 1.5tbspns of each. All watered in with Recharge. They have doubled in size over the past few weeks. Looking good.

GuavaBoy Alright update here. Day 52 and the Guava Autos still haven’t flowered. They’re showing it’s sex with the pre flowers but not actual pistols or flowers yet. Is it too late? The photos are already flowering due to the season and amount of light. The photos also show powdery mildew everyday. Can I spray with Dr. Zymes multiple times a week? It says 2 ounces per gallon of water once a week for preventative maintenance of powdery mildew.

@ChillOSki, brotha the small ones are photos. I kid you not. The ones that are labeled autos are the big ones.

Are you sure you didn't get your beans mixed up Bro? The flowering plants look like auto's and photo's are just starting to show sex due to light hours. 😊 Regardless it looks great.

Plants look amazing. I’d top them now so the branches stretch more. The more they stretch you get more buds with each node that it grows

I would remove and leaves bigger than 2” across as they are sucking a lot of your nutrients to stay that size most of the time. Sometimes they help if you don’t have very many leaves during vegetation

The smaller ones are supposed to finish faster and the taller ones take longer but in the end it’s worth it because they will give u more buds don’t worry some of mine haven’t started flowering yet
