too much water, you need to let it dry out real nice, it looks like the soil has too much nutrients in it already, when you buy it look for the "lighter" stuff maybe for orchids or something with less nutes in it depends on the shop good luck 👍

@Greenwizhun, roots are great for nutes, could be the soil is "hot" you know i dont like the burning on the cotelydons man hope the little seedlings pull through 🙌
