I have heard from a reputable cannabis educator on YT that domes are great until sprout. Once the seed erupts from the soil, the dome can go :) bestest of luck!

Sw015 As u can see she's getting big hitting 18cm didn't intentionally mean to ponytail 🤣 but from this I can see her side branches have developed loads!!! Had a lil cal mag deficiency but that's sorted now no further spread to any other leaves.

Never use tap water without letting it stand for 24hrs as chlorine kills the microbes.That includes seed soaking as the seed has microbes in it from the plant.The moisture looks better on this picture.I'd keep it on the damp side with seedlings,don't let it dry out like you should with grown plants but don't keep it soaking.
